I bought a MARIN PRESIDIO 2 here during the pandemic. I found out the pedals are fake I found out after taking it to the Marin authorized store to get work on. The seat post-release was also broken.

Had a great experience last week. Purchased a bike rack. The sales team made sure I got the correct one for my car . One of the sales team, possibly the owner, installed the rack, even though it was very close to closing time. Thank you!

I just had 2 of my bikes serviced here after having an issue at other local bike shops (other shops had bad communication, turnaround times, etc). The experience here was perfect. An experienced technician inspected my bike IMMEDIATELY at dropoff while walking me through the whole process so I knew exactly what they were doing. They then told me the price UP FRONT and ACCURATELY which was very fair and nice to know exactly why my decision for repair was. The turnaround time was precisely as promised and my bikes look like brand new. There is a reason this store is large and been around for a long time. They do an excellent job with a massive selection that puts them as a first choice. I wish i came here first, but none the less will only shop here moving forward :))

Today was my first time trying out CycleFast after a friend recommended the shop. Had a great experience with Neil who took a good look at my bike and knew exactly what it needed. Very knowledgeable staff with a very well stocked shop. I always prefer shopping locally and will be back to CycleFast USA in the future.

An incredibly helpful service and workshop team. Sandy the mechanic was exceptionally helpful. Got me out of a real tight spot when I showed up at the store needing a specialist spoke replacement on my racing wheels. Got me back on the road extremely quickly so I could complete my length of Long Island trip, and at a really fair price. I could not have asked any more of these guys. So very grateful. Thanks!!

I've never heard of this company and live 2 hours away so it's unlikely I'll ever buy from them. Yet they saw fit to send me a spam text. I know, right? A store that thinks this is okay is not going to treat their customers properly — they obviously have serious issues regarding proper business ethics. I'd give them a miss, I'm sure there are other/better bike shops on the north shore of Long Island.

So the good old cyclefast USA! More like cyclefast let’s not think about our customers USA!! . So yesterday I needed some work on my bmx bike and stopped by ( knew this is a high end very quality store but I’m local why not support this place). I met kevin and explained the bit of repair on the wheelbase area needed ( 2 tubes and to check out the tires) and seat fix . That was done quickly (20 or so min) and I was told no problems noticed whatsoever. After very light riding ( I’m too suckish on bunny hops and that’s pretty much all I can attempt) between last night and this morning, boom my front tube popped. No biggie , it happens so this afternoon I come to an empty shop and Kevin tells me a new tube won’t be ready til this evening , same time I came yesterday. ( no reason It wasn’t a quick fix like yesterday, even then I had another customer in front of me . Again , empty shop this round ) Okay , let’s wait , I can have patience . But Not when I come in 20 minutes to closing , last second but giving time to have it done I mean some places have work to do I so so get that , and first thing I get is “ We ToLd YoU WeD cALL yOu iF it was dOne” and again I’m waiting . Not the best way of approaching a customer after this guys word wasn’t held , but whatever . The real mess is obviously the oblivious repair division , aka someone named “sandy” . I get told that my axel nut is stripped for the first time , this evening , a day after my supposed repair “sandy” performed and didn’t say anything then about , and they proceed to claim they told me about this problem yesterday !! If only communication , transparency , and customer satisfaction were in anyway important in this business , because a simple “ thank you for your patience “ or “ we apologize for any inconvience or extra time spent of yours “ not “ you can wait to talk to sandy about it tomorrow “ or “I don’t know what you want from me “ . I hope the shop does well with my 40 cent donation , thought a local small business would care a little for a younger customer who could become an old customer , and unfortunately I can verify their customer service as abysmal . Hope every step gets taken to understand each customer and their importance . Thumb ?

I have been in the store several times over the past 7 years and every single time no one helps me. Several people will walk by you look at you and walk right into the back even if you ask them to help you. I have no idea how this place stays in business they are rude and by far the worst bicycle shop I've ever been in. I've been cycling for over 25 years. I went in there to buy four bikes which I picked out myself not because someone helped me. So I'm ready to spend several thousand dollars and all they had to do was acknowledge me.

Great service and sales help! Mark from service was helpful and concerned about my needs. Kevin from sales was equally helpful and a pleasure to work with, he even remembered my name one year after purchasing an e-bike from him. If you're not sure about using a good bike shop try cyclefast. I'm using them for all my cycling needs. Good Guys!
