I love to come here all workers are amazing!! Came in today and i had asked for help and the women with a black shirt was lovely and helped me find everything i needed and asked for. As well as helping me on the register because I didn’t want to use the self checkout!Shes amazing

I just went to this particular store number 2 is a huge hole in the parking lot, second you see multiple of guys I guess looking. For job, staring at you, is very ironic when is a sign NO LOITERING, I asked cashier her response was if they are not making any problem, that place looks in secure, and management is ok...

At 1:26 p.m., pharmacist literally closed the gate in my face. I had called 1.5 hours before to confirm that my prescription was ready and there was no mention of the pharmacy closing for lunch; nor was there any signage in the store.I literally begged the pharmacist to give me my prescription and explained that I was in pain and had gone to the doctor that morning and that I would not be able to get back to the pharmacy until the next day. I was paying cash. It would have been a two-minute transaction.It seemed more important to the pharmacist to defend himself and tell me that the policy had been in practice for more than a year. When I explained that I don't normally go to that store, he pretty much just shrugged his shoulders; all the while continuing to close the gate. I have since filed a complaint with the corporate office.Let this be a warning to others that this store does not care about your well being. I guess lunch is much more important. Needless to say, I will not be going back.

Sara was being rude to me she kept screaming at me every time i said somthing even though i did nothing. I was going to ask her a question but she said i dont have time for you with a rude attituted.I Would apreciate a response.

I had excellent service from Liz and Alexa today. Liz was kind enough to sacrifice her aftersun gel that I had a free coupon for. They both deserve a raise. A 9.1% to keep up with this inflation rate.

Worst I've ever been treated in any pharmacy. The pharmacy staff was extremely rude to me for no reason after simply inquiring about a medication for my dog. They ultimately didn't help me and the experience was a complete waste of time. There are so many others pharmacies the area - do yourself a favor and avoid this place.

I am the customer of CVS Pharmacy more than 10 years and for this location 111 Depot RD it's been 4 years Pharmacy Employees are very nice but front-end employees need more training how to behave with customer specially employee name Rosa and Manager Dino they treat really rudely to customer and employee Rosa had her eyes on us the whole time while we were in the store and she keep following us like we are doing something wrong. we talk to managerand seems like he don’t care about customers and he was only defending Rosa, Manager and employee Rosa need to be trainingManager and employee Rosa need to be trainingManager and employee Rosa need to be training.

We went in there to buy a couple of things but decided that it would be cheaper if we went somewhere else to buy it. We put the stuff back and leave. The employee proceeds to chase us and starts to ask if we are stealing. She said “oh the manager told me to do this or he/she will get mad. First of all you aren’t supposed to chase anybody out the store I’ve worked at Walgreens before and we were strictly told not to chase anybody out of the store if they were suspected of shoplifting. CVS follows the same policy and it is the managers job to review the cameras to see if that person was shoplifting or not. Not to mention the employee had her eyes on us the whole time like we were on line like we did something wrong. Manager and employee need to be fired.
