Staff patient to answer all questions asked to them. Friendly and well mannered and quick customer attention. They also try to speak the language of the customer.

The two girls in the pharmacy are so rude, specially the one in the front. SARA she's so rude, she yells to every customer. Store manager please speak with her about changing her behavior. -0000

Worst I've ever been treated in any pharmacy. The pharmacy staff was extremely rude to me for no reason after simply inquiring about a medication for my dog. They ultimately didn't help me and the experience was a complete waste of time. There are so many others pharmacies the area - do yourself a favor and avoid this place.

This place is the worst. Understaffed, the service is so slow, these employees keep saying one sec every time they can't do something. This women made a mistake and jokely blamed on us like we are the ones to fault. Please get your medicine somewhere else because I am sick and tired of this.

0 Everyone should hear about my recent experience at a CVS. I believe the new CVS access ups pick up process is new and hopefully off to a solid start overall. My experience was far from. I had received proof of delivery that a very valuable package ($4K designer bags) had been sent and received to the CVS #2725 in Huntington Station NY. I went to pick up on 12/4, I was met by Dino Lopez the store manager. His behavior was short and not polite. He took my license and went shifting through only a few boxes. I went over to see if I could help look at the labels as my name is long..... He was aggressive with me and said he couldn't show me the other labels as they were not mine. I thought that was weird. He was taking a long time, I pulled up the proof of delivery on my phone, he took my phone from me. (I didn't like that so I asked for both my license and phone back) I said what's the problem. He told me he needed to call ups. He literally picked up the phone and started talking, no hold or anything and he proceeded to say that the box never made it off the truck and that I need to file a claim. Dino then handed me a phone number for ups. I asked him is he was serious. I stated there is not way he was speaking to a person from ups especially that quickly from an automated number... I told him I thought he was lying and that he had my package. He then told me to step aside and started calling over other customers. I said that was BS. I told him that I was going to call the police for theft. Dino was incredibly defensive for just looking for a package, not helpful and dismissive, all while I had proof of delivery. I called CVS corporate, I spoke to a very nice lady that called Dino and let him know that I was filing a complaint, that I called the police, and that she was also going to file a complaint as he was very rude to her. I called ups to file a complaint. I have a police report. I was called later that night that Dino had all of sudden found the package. My husband went to go pick it up. The package had been ripped open and retapped (I have pictures) and the contents had been completely unwrapped. I will tell you that Dino Lopez most definitely thought that he was going to keep the $4K value of designer bags until I went to this extent to get this package back in my possession. I hope this review circulated within CVS and that the core values CVS is known for prevails. Dino should not be employed by your great company.
