I can’t recommend this garage highly enough! They provided excellent service from start to finish. The staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and took the time to explain everything clearly. It’s refreshing to find a trustworthy garage that genuinely cares about its customers. I’ll definitely be coming back for future service needs!

ONE WORD, Honest. Diagnosed a car issue others could not. Encouraged me to reach out to the dealer to repair a braking issue to avoid spending money for him to fix. Most mechanics would not do that. Also, the repairs he has done on our cars in the past have been done correctly. He's a great mechanic and I recommend him highly.

Great Diesel Truck Repair
First, I must mention the top notch customer service before, during and after the job was completed. Anything from setting up the appointment to the final truck pick-up/paperwork was just excellent. I had a complicated diesel check engine light issue and Craig solved it. I didn’t know Craig before this repair but I can tell you his shop is top of the line.

I like to just drive and not worry about anything. I trust that Craigger looked at everything (even the little but important things) thoroughly as well as taking care of my oil change and checking out my brakes which I specifically requested. I'll be back in August for an inspection and rear brakes. Great service at a fair price, just the way I like it.

Some people may think that an "Honest Mechanic" is an almost impossible occurrence but they would not have ever dealt with Craig, owner of Craigger's Garage in Northport. He gives you the good, the bad, and the ugly with honest precision. I have been a customer of Craig's for many years and I trust him implicitly! Supporting a small local business is the icing on the cake for me.

Craig services my family and extended family’s vehicles. He always goes above and beyond. My husband and I like to buy our vehicles so with older cars things can break without notice. Craig always finds away to get us in and does the repair. He is an amazing mechanic as well as extremely personable. You’ll never seem him without a smile on his face talking to a customer. My husband and I couldn’t be happier and recommend him to everyone we know.
