Once again, Coventry Motors does not disappoint. Went in for extended warranty work and they fixed everything. Then they uncovered a problem that would have definitely stranded me in the future probably on some dark back road in the middle of the night. Handled perfectly and I couldn’t be more great-full for their diligence and the expert repair.

I went to Coventry based on a referral from a customer of mine. I was VERY impressed with everything this business has to offer. Friendly and accommodating staff, clean shop, VERY strong communication via text and phone calls, very thorough write ups of the scope of work at drop off and upon receipt at pick up. Andrew also went out of his way on multiple occasions to bring certain issues to attention that I didn’t bring up. Overall if you have an American, European vehicle that needs attention I HIGHLY recommend Andrew with Coventry motors!

If you are looking for a mechanic that is honest and has excellent customer service than Coventry Motors is the place you want to go to. Andrew greets you with kindness and explains everything to you step by step. They keep you in the loop about your vehicle. I never had to call and find out what was going on with me vehicle, unlike other facilities. I cant say enough about there customer service. In a time where I feel its hard to find good customer service , it was refreshing to do business with Coventry Motors. Besides good customer service the work is done efficiently and in timely manner. I have had no problems with the work done on my vehicle. I recently had a transmission put in and had no problems with it. I even got a text from Andrew asking how the car was riding. I highly recommend Coventry Motors if your looking for quality work in a timely matter with excellent customer service.

Great customer service from Coventry Motors.
I brought A 2022 BMW to Coventry Motors that had damage to the radiator and body damage. Two days later, I was picking it up and it looked and drove like brand new.

I have a Toyota MR2 that is now 33 years old. Although it only has 35,000 miles on it, I resisted driving it any distance because it ran very rough and sometimes stalled when I came to a complete stop. That said, I had heard that Coventry Motors had a solid reputation so I decided to take my car to them. I knew from the minute I met their team they were knowledgeable in all makes of cars. I described what was wrong with the car and left it with them to advise me what needed to be done to improve performance. Andrew, the owner spent considerable time going over what needed to be worked on. He was very good about not pushing me into added work that was not totally necessary. I left the car with him having agreed on what I wanted done. Upon picking up the car Andrew spent a lot of time with me going over everything that had been worked on. He also itemized the work in a printed document for my files. Bottom line is the car runs great and I couldn’t be more pleased with the level of service I received at Coventry. I look forward to working further with them as I feel so confident in their work and professionalism. P.S. after I took the car home Andrew sent me a text asking if everything was ok with the car. He sent a second text a few days later following up once again. You don’t see that kind of follow up with today’s businesses.

I called Andrew for the first time asking about a pre purchase inspection and I was taken great care of! Best service I have received from a mechanic shop ever
Went through the car with a fine tooth comb and knew everything about what was wrong with the car and answered every question I had. Everything was organized in laymen’s terms with photos and videos. He even gave me advice how to do some of the easier work myself to save a couple of dollars.
Andrew is a true professional and a gentleman. I WISH I LIVED CLOSER

Found Coventry as a recommendation from my local mechanic to perform an alignment on my car. He said they're the only place he would recommend of the dozen or so shops in the area that perform alignments.
Called up and spoke with Andrew who was extremely accommodating and scheduled me in the following week after I replaced my tires that Friday.
After filling in a brief vehicle information and history questionaire, Andrew said he would look over the car and report any deficiencies or areas that need to be addressed prior to the alignment being performed, if any.
Received a text message with the cost to perform the alignment which was in line with what was discussed prior to the appointment. A separate text was sent addressing concerns that could be addressed at a later time. It wasn't pertinent or impeding the alignment being done.
I agreed to the cost and gave the okay to proceed via the text.
A few hours later I received a message that the alignment was completed and the car would be ready at end of day.
Couldn't be happier with the work and as for the cost, it was fair and reasonable for a 4 wheel adjustment.
Andrew is a pleasure to work with and will definitely use them in the future for any front end work needed.
