Went back 2 weeks later, he remembered us and asked if we were happy with our purchases. Clothing high quality. It's nice to shop at a retail store where customer service is at the forefront.”
“This review is long overdue and more than deserved by Adam. I bought a 2004 Chevy Avalanche from Chrono in 2021. I have to say that it was the best experience I have had buying a vehicle. I bought it sight unseen and had it delivered. Adam was amazing to work with and delivered on all fronts. The vehicle had a wealth of service paperwork and all neatly organized. Adam took videos and pictures galore so I could see what I was getting. If I needed more, he would have provided that too I'm sure. He was extremely communicative and helpful up and beyond the delivery of the vehicle. He provided a warranty well beyond what others provide, especially in my state. I love the truck and Chrono! “I was looking for a gift for my boyfriend, and I wasn’t exactly sure what kind of style he would be into from the selection of clothes. But this nice employee with short curly hair went up to me and asked me if I needed help. I told him and showed him a photo of my boyfriend and he helped me pick out a set of outfits that I could buy, eventually we settled on one. The whole interaction was just so helpful and welcoming that I had to write this review, such a bubbly person! Will definitely be coming back + he loved it!”

“Last weekend, my boyfriend and I strolled into the Madewell at Walt Whitman Mall in Huntington, NY. We each needed an outfit for an event we were attending in East Hampton the very next day. And with only 25 minutes before the mall closed, we were scrambling, panicking and quickly losing hope. Then we met the store associate, Sarah! She immediately came around the corner and started helping us navigate the store and giving us suggestions based on the limited information we gave her about what we needed. She was pairing outfits for me, finding me my right sizes, and I ended up leaving with the perfect pair of shoes and shirt to go with a pair of pants I had previously purchased. She was literally our lifesaver! She made everything come together for us, on top of being so personable, cool, and sweet.
So we wanted to reach out and make sure she got recognition for how great of a person and employee she is! I’ve never met another store associate anywhere who was so quick and willing to help. We could tell she actually cared. She’s stellar and we are forever thankful to her for that night!”
