The white middle aged manager was great, I think his name was Eric? I unfortunately forgot his name but he was warm, friendly and helped me take a look at the different styles they had in store. Pretty decent experience.

Maylene from Casper at Walt Whitman was an absolute pleasure to work with. She is very knowledgeable about the mattresses and adjustable beds. She does not use any pushy tactics to try and sell. Once we decided to purchase, she stayed in touch to update us on the delivery, etc. She made purchasing our bed easy. Also, we are very happy with our purchase. Super comfy.

I’m not even sure where to begin with this. I came into the store before Black Friday hoping to browse beds so I knew what I wanted to purchase on Black Friday. Went into the store saying this and kept getting told we are offering better than Black Friday, if there is additional they would price match it and the biggest selling point as to why I bought in store was “we have the ability to push through your order you’ll have it before thanksgiving”. A bed before thanksgiving seemed too good but I thought why not. Purchased the mattress, frame and protector in store and problems immediately occurred. Not even 5 mins after leaving the store I called with a question and was told somehow even though they put in my address my order was shipping to the store. Cliff who did the purchase with me informed me he would not be there for a few days and his manger would call and let me know what was going on. They did not want to cancel the order because it would be a hassle. NEVER heard from the manger I actually had to call twice to follow up didn’t get the manger and whoever spoke to me said they couldn’t do anything it would get shipped to the store then they would ship to me. Never got an estimate when it would come and we quickly passed when I was promised it. Go online for Black Friday the deal was comparable only $10 difference but i noticed online you could add 2,5, or 10 year protection plan to the mattress and frame. Was NEVER once offered that when I did my purchase thought that was strange. Called the store asking why I was never offered this was told “our system is different than online so it doesn’t come up on our register”. Thought that was weird. Seeing as I didn’t have my order yet wanted to purchase it and asked to do so. They told me call costumer support and they should be able to take care of it. When I called costumer support they quickly said not being able to offer the protection plan in store is definitely false they should have and can. Costumer support was not able to add it since it was already purchased even though I didn’t have. In order to get it had to cancel the whole order and re order which is why the store didn’t want to do when they messed up delivery. So I had to spend half a day between customer support, the store and reordering was a complete hassle. Most importantly didn’t have the bed by the time I was promised which is the ONLY reason I bought in store. Truthfully the costumer support between the phone and the store was a complete mess. You would think for the amount of money you spend on the bed it would be better and mistakes such as delivery mishaps or not offering protection plans wouldn’t happen. I still don’t have the bed or frame yet and I will be honest this whole experience turned me off from Casper. Which is a shame because I was so excited to buy this bed. If you want to order the bee just go to the store to try it and order your self because I clearly found and did more on my own.

Went in without thinking I was going to purchase a mattress. With Cliff's knowledge and friendly manner, the comfort of the mattress and pillows, my mind was set and my purchase complete in less than 20 minutes! I can't wait for delivery...

Clifford at the Walt Whitman location was absolutely amazing. I saw and immediately wanted the duvet robe. The size and color I wanted wasn’t available. Clifford attempted to order it for me and when it wasn’t available to order, he researched other store inventories, partnered with Shuri, who worked at a CT. location and she was equally amazing. She informed me of a sale and then shipped my order to me. I am so delighted with the robe- easily one of my favorite cozy items and even more delighted with the level of service I received.

Just had to refuse a delivery as the boxes were broken and the beds and framers were dirty and scratched. I'm guessing they resell returned mattress and frames since all the tape on boxes were cut and only held together with straps.

Was at Casper today and what a great experience I had with Cliff! He knew exactly what I wanted and was abundantly knowledgeable. I won't go to anyone else. He is so kind and simply the best. Thank you Cliff!

We had such a wonderful experience at this location - all of the team members were incredibly helpful and not pushy. It’s definitely a tough industry when you’re trying to navigate the best mattress to get and they are certainly affordable and they definitely hold up to what they stand by. I would highly recommend Casper to anyone looking to get a new mattress, their platforms are incredible and I really do appreciate everything they offered us from the service at the store to the delivery at the door.

If it wasn't for the politeness of the sales lady we dealt with i would give this less stars. I'm sorry I forgot her name. We Went to purchase complete set mattress, sheets, foundation, duvet, pillows, frame, etc as they were having a sale and spent a pretty penny. We also has a 20% coupon which they did not honor. ( separately in addition includes an additional $100 Amazon gift card; still waiting on that but I'll allow for the timeframe the stated 10 days~)They gave me an additional 5% only off. ??? How is this honoring consumer laws? Will no longer purchase Casper anything that's for sure. Not consumer oriented.

Went to this store to purchase a new Casper mattress. Our salesperson Cliff was fantastic; knowledgeable, friendly, and extremely helpful. He even helped my husband maneuver the mattress box and frame box into our car, and it was no small endeavor. We love the mattress so far, it is extremely comfortable and was so easy to bring home and install. Highly recommend!
