I have come here 2x and both times have had the most lovely experiences. Leaving with beautiful merchandise I am super happy with. I had 2 women help me today. One who's name I do not know but the other was Caroline Bloom who sold me a gorgeous bag for my mom for mothers day. I will return to this location forever. Thank you ?

the sales make a great store even better! Great selection of items. Sad they changed the requirements for their premier card following Covid. So glad they've reopened the restaurant. Great place to stop shop and stop for lunch.

“Very Happy and Pleasant Shopping Experienced”1st time to visit inside the Walt Whitman Mall I must say It’s phenomenal especially the Bloomingdale’s Cosmetic/Beauty Department .We came from upstate NY to actually purchase Lancome product in Macy’s but unfortunately it was out of stock then went to Sephora to check if it’s available but again it’s not avail so sad! .Good thing we passed by Bloomingdale’s and luckily after asking a nice lady in one of the department near the entrance (she walked me through the station and endorsed me to the Lancome Ambassador ) where Lancome beauty section is we had a very amazing experience with the lovely and very welcoming black beauty Ambassador of Lancome ,I forgot to ask for her name but she’s really genuine in customer care and very knowledgeable .Since she’s taking care of 1 customer at that time ,she requested her partner co-worker Sophie to assist me .She’s also very nice and very accommodating.Kudos to both of the Ambassadors of Lancome ,highly recommendable and because of their impressive customer assistance ,I re-stocked 2 more pieces of the facial wash I’m regularly using anyway we came from upstate NY and it’s worthwhile buying more .Will definitely come back and it’s great to meet passionate and committed Customer Service Representative of Bloomingdale’s .Hoping we have branch near us in upstate NY .

Went to shoe department as I needed shoes ASAP, no time to look around..one of the sales women helped me, she was fantastic! I told her what I was looking for and my size, and she came back with several pairs of shoes, one better than the other and different price ranges..yes, the prices can be expensive but on sale, not so bad..however it's about quality and if you want quality, you will find it there!

The Beauty/ Cosmetics department is absolutely phenomenal. So CLEAN, everything is well-stocked and available, and all the best makeup and fragrance brands are here!!! All the employees in this department are so kind and helpful. My favorite is IVONA. ❤️

4/5 stars and a recommendation. Store that won’t let you down. You will be getting prices that make you happy here. And although line at the cashier might look long, they get it going quickly.

The customer service is absolutely terrible!!!!! The older ladies there trying to impress their micromanaging manager needs to stop scrutinizing every customer that comes in there. The discrimination is real in this place. They won’t bother to bat their eyelids your way unless you’re decked up like $$$Absolutely pathetic
