Rudest sales woman I have ever encountered - did not take me seriously, laughed at my requests and asked me if I even planed on buying today. I’d rather not have a toilet than shop at this horrible establishment. What a disgrace for a store that is NOT cheap. No one greeted me upon entering, no one asked if I needed help, no one even looked my way - I had to ask for help and the was told I wasn’t ready to buy. I wish I knew how they stayed open because anyone who gives them their money is a sucker. Posted this from the parking spot, that’s how livid I am.

Website says they’re open till 5 but when I got there at 415 gates were locked and lights were off. Go in the next day (today) and the sales associate was clueless on the pvc tee fitting I bought. Prices are top dollar for a Low quality store. Pretty ridiculous plumbing supply.

Went to the Huntington store. Completely professional & helpful. Used Debbie as my salesperson & Nikki is following my order so everything gets in ,in time. Can't ask for more!

THEY STINK!!!!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, RUDE SALES GIRL, CAN'T BE BOTHERED AND DOWNRIGHT LAZY SO GO ELSEWHERE IF YOU CAN. THIS REVIEW REFLECTS THE STORE IN HUNTINGTON STATION . BTW, I TRIED CONTACTING THEM BY PHONE AFTER HAVING A PROBLEM WITH MY DELTA FAUCET AND NOBODY PICKS UP. THE PHONE MESSAGE STATES A SALES REP WILL CALL YOU BACK,...REALLY, I HIGHLY DOUBT IT. AMAZING HOW BAD THIS ORGANIZATION IS IN REGARDS TO CUSTOMER SERVICE.

We worked with Joe Sadowski, he is excellent! He guided us through the process. He is extremely knowledgeable! The selection at Ferguson is fantastic. I wouldn't bother going anywhere else.
