Horrible customer service. You ask anyone a question or ask for help and you’re better off looking it up in google to get an answer, cuz the staff doesn’t know anything and aren’t willing to look anything up.

Worst customer service. I bought a gaming pc from the store a few month ago.
The pc stopped working. I called the customer service and was advised to bring it for repairs to the store and I was told that the store will send it to the manufacturer. Once I came to the store I was pressed to pay for service or they won't look into my computer despite it being on full warranty. The store failed to run the diagnostic on my computer but still refused to send it to manufacturer. Seems the only thing they care is for the customer to pay the service fees. Terrible experience and never I buy there anything.

Employees are very nice and do what they are supposed to do. Corporate price match policy is god awful. Best Buy needs to meet the same fate as Circuit City. They are beyond dead and a pathetic corporation.

Decent amount of each category of electronics, appliances, smart home systems and computers and accessories. The phones on display are the most popular ones, though they do carry the Pixel line by Google. In this day and age where most purchases are completed online, I was pleasantly surprised at the amount of appliances, specifically microwaves in store on display.

Bad customer service stood in the store for over 20 mins with no help. Asked an employee and barely wanted to help when i turned around he was gone. As a premium best buy customer i will not be shopping here ever again

It's Best Buy.., kinda self-explanatory, so there's not much else to say?. Besides the usual, like being more over-priced than ever, & not a great selection. Did have a nice & patient sales-kid, (almost all staff are friendly), so that's good.??

Seems fine, if not a little run down. Staff is nice. Every time I’ve been in it has been a ghost town. I typically order online and pickup in store, fares better than trying to find an employee to flag down. Overall not bad.
