Beware!! Recently had a very poor experience…waited four weeks for an appointment..told the service advisor of three issues. Did not advise us or update us on each issue; instead they came up with multiple issues and a $1000 bill for diagnostics. They charge per issue on diagnostics, not by the hour. Had the worst experience and they did NOT attempt any Cust Service or apology. We took our Audi out of there and it is being serviced to our satisfaction!

Just when you thought the sleezeball car salesman was gone! I went to Audi Huntington this morning at the direction of Audi finance to drop off vehicle of my recently deceased friend who was regular client of this dealership. I was met with a nice woman who escorted me to a reception desk, she explained why I was there and was responded with a snippy "I have no idea - he has to call finance (which I did) and then turned away saying she could not help. I followed the original greeter to another rear office who could not help and then another office whom I assume was one of the managers who said there were forms to fill and I should wait at the reception area, which I did. AT NO TIME was there any condolences offered - I was truly upset being there on behalf of my friend of 50+ years. No humanity - this was all business. Perhaps if I was buying a car from them they would have been more animated. BTW I own two Audis and will NEVER return to this dealership. Went from bad to worse when the manager comes over to me and asks me for the key - which I gave him and he asked if I had the other key. I told him I did not and he point blank said to me "They will probably charge for the missing key!" I was incensed and told him again that the owner of the car is DEAD and you are arrogant and disrepectful. Go ahead, send a bill to a dead person. I filled out the form, took the plates and went home to sort out the rest of my deceased friends life. No one has been so disrespectful over the last week as the people at Audi and they should all be ashamed of themselves. Not everything is about making a sale and they have failed miserably to be empathetic or show any humanity.

I bought a new Audi Q5 here about a month ago. I needed some extra paperwork rushed and some other help and advice with a quick turn around today . I’ve had bad experiences with other dealerships after the purchase is completed in terms of the speed and the quality of response. . Just wanted to give a shout out to sales person Rich Plush for being as helpful after the sale as before the sale. Thank you Rich.

Before stumbling upon Audi of Huntington for my newest car, I shopped around at 4-5 other dealerships. None of the other dealerships even compete with Audi Huntington on customer service. Absolutely incredible experience working with Rich Plush and the rest of the team involved in getting me my newest vehicle. Customer for life made. Couldn’t be any happier!

BAIT and SWITCH: refused to sell the car for the posted price! They claim it was a ’clerical error’ and car shouldn’t have been repriced, despite many other cars being actually repriced. VERY shady!

**My review might change depending on how they handle the service advisor I have been dealing with**
On Friday May 31st I brought my car in for a diagnostics. My service advisors name is Derek Bohland who put me in a rental car for a the day or two unless they can determine the problem which I was fine with. Saturday comes around and I call him and ghosts me, Monday comes around and he ghosts me…… He was on vacation and didn’t transfer any of his customers to other service advisors. The other staff said that 5 others customers came in with the same thing happening to them about their cars not being ready. This is day 4 now of me paying $60 in insurance for my car rental they gave me but more
Importantly the lack of communication that I wasn’t able to take my car home today (End of the day Monday) was very frustrating! I am deeply disappointed in the lack of professionalism that Derek shown to me and his other customers. The other advisors helped me get my personal belongings that I needed from my car but the fact that the technician also wasn’t in to work on my car made it even more annoying. I have a AirTag in my car and I can tell you that my car has just been sitting in the lot Saturday, Sunday and Monday. Very disappointing experience with this service advisor. I’ve had Amanda and Jenna as advisors before and they do a fantastic job. Now I can’t pickup my car tomorrow cause I have to work in the city but have to now pick the car up on Wednesday HOPEFULLY if it’s ready for it. This is my experience so far with this service advisor. I will update this review as I get the keys to my vehicle in 2 days!
**Update is the service advisor finally got in better communication with me, I got my car back. Wasn’t charged for any service since I declined them moving forward given that it took so long. This was not the experience I typically am used to from the Audi service center

One of the best car dealerships I ever worked with. Usually when you go to a car dealership, they are pushy and not willing to listen, but at Audi of Huntington they were attentive and respectful. My sales associate Will was a great sales person to do business with ! Thanks Audi !
