I closed my savings account and I was expecting the tiny accrued interest to be included in the withdrawal. The teller never mentioned anything about that until I asked her after she already had the check prepared and signed. She said that if an account is closed before the end of the cycle, the interest is not paid to the customer. The rates are so bad but to steal a customer’s interest without even warning them is really disgusting. I will never bank with Apple again.

The card reader to let you into the lobby to use the ATM hardly ever works. Twice this week alone I was unable to gain access. They appear to have no interest in fixing this issue since this has been going on for months.

The hours since Covid are terrible. On Saturdays you can’t park. It’s a shame to say my family and I are planning to switch banks after years of good service. I think the staff is great and have always been very helpful. But Apple Bank as a corporation has become useless.

Help your customers. I opened an IRA is the 80's and even though they have verified I am the owner of the account, they refuse to help me get my account number and I need distribution of the funds. Worst customer service people ever. Calling Banking commission to see how I should proceed.
