I brought in two string trimmers they fixed for me in two days . They work better than new . Really nice friendly guys . I would highly recommend them .

Dropped off a general surface cleaner to be fixed over 2 months ago. The place is sketchy. The machine is still not ready and they keep giving excuses and telling us they will fix it and call us next week. I spoke with them again today. Very rude on the phone. The person on the phone told me it was because the guy was not in last week. I asked about the previous 2 months and the response was. Things just came up and then something else came up. I demanded they fix the machine as we were told they would. The pesons response. OK, All right we will fix it and then hung up on me. Sadly, they are the only place around we can drop off the Simpson tools under warranty to be fixed. If it wasn't for this reason I would never use them again.

My RYOBI 4-gallon backpack sprayer has been in the hands of A&T Power Tools for MORE THAN ONE AND A HALF YEARS! They still have not fixed it. I have called many times, I get someone different on the phone nearly every time. At first they said there were no parts available. That was in the Summer of 2021. By the Fall of 2021 I had forgotten about it as it was past the season to be used. In the Spring of 2022 I started calling again, and constantly getting the run-around. "You'll have it in 2 weeks" was the more-or-less constant refrain. It never came. I started contacting RYOBI support repeatedly to complain. Got someone who finally said she would try to help, then she "ghosted" me. I haven't heard back from the RYOBI support person after she last said "I contacted A&T to request an update on your backpack sprayer. The technician I spoke with confirmed that the backpack sprayer was in need of a replacement motor and pump. The technician also inquired if you were wanting the sprayer to be sent to your home or back to the service center, as its repairs will be complete tomorrow. Could you confirm what you would prefer?" That was on 11/15/2022, so it's been another 3+ weeks and nothing. WORST. SERVICE. EVER.

I took my generator bcoz westenhouse recommend. They cleening upNew generator they broke wheels. All so they claim gas in generator was old . It was put two days back

Went in with my electric golf push cart that wasn’t working and the owner didn’t blink an eye.. He looked at it and somehow figure out the problem and fixed it while I waited. Not only that, it was so refreshing that he did it with a smile on his face. I will definitely refer them and take my business for all my power tools..Thank you again

My cars battery was dead this morning. Can't start the car, they replaced the battery and make it work. Service is good

So far this shop hasn't let me down. I've brought lots of different tools to this shop to be repaired over the decades, and he's been pretty fair with me, and the repairs have always worked out well in the long run. Just had my wife drop off a Bosch demo hammer for me. He told me a couple of months prior, it'd cost up to $200 to fix, so I declined until I really needed it again(last week). He had the hammer repaired within a few days of drop off. Total price was $125. Thats pretty honest, and the repair is great.
