Person working in the night is over charging customers by ringing up extra items and giving you less in change. Stay away from this location!

The people working in this store can be very nasty. One of them threatened to cut up my sisters ID when she tried to buy cigarettes (her ID was real and she was over 21). Also when the cashier was scanning the items I was trying to buy around 1:57am the worker got upset with me and told me all 7/11’s are now closed at 2:00am despite the worker not saying anything when I entered inside with the store being open and no sign showing their hours or that they are closed. Some of the workers who I would have to assume are ending their shift would but stuff and hold up the queue so they can have a conversation with the cashier currently working.I do not recommend going to this one. There are better 7/11’s in other areas of Huntington.

2:30a on 8/25/2023 this store is locked. No sign on the door. All the lights on. 2nd store tonight that is closed. Not coming back this isn’t what 7 eleven is for.

This is the worst 7-eleven. Bad customer service. Why not tell me about the coffee/muffin deal with my rewards and my coffee purchase? I would have paid the extra few cents for it. Everybody in line was complaining about the store. There are other 7-elevens. Juat pick another one.

I have been coming to this location for years and haven't had a problem until now.I am disabled and use TracFone to keep my expenses down. I only use talk and text, no smart phone, just basic. I needed to refill my account. I wanted to purchase a 60 minute refill card for $19.99 and a 120 minute refill card for $29.99. They didn't have any of the cards out on the rack but I had one with me from somewhere else but it wouldn't work on their register. So the manager said he had them pre-programmed into the register, 4 different kinds. I told him I was skeptical because there are smartphone top-up cards and that is not what I need. I said if it is the wrong one will you take it back, if not I'll go somewhere else because they have on every transaction receipt that these are non returnable? He PROMISED me he would take it back.Well, it was the wrong one. I only used one of the two I purchased to figure out it was the wrong one. I called TracFone and they couldn't switch the same amount of money to the kind of minutes I needed. So the next day I go back to 7-Eleven and I talk to the same manager and he gives me a hard time. He tells to call Tracfone to fix it. I tell him I already called them and there is no fixing it and I am holding him to his word of giving me my money back. So he has my receipt and he is fiddling around for 10 or minutes. And then I see him reach down into a box on the floor that has been sitting there forever and he pulls out a packet of plastic sealed TracFone cards!!!!!!!!! He knew they were there, he was just to lazy to get them out the day before. Then I guess it was his boss comes over and they are speaking in some other language other than English and I ask them to speak it English so I can understand what is happening and they refuse. And after they go back and forth for 5 minutes they announce the pin is used and they call me a liar and some other choice names and demand that I leave the store.I go across the street to wait for the bus. I call TracFone and they tell me the PIN on the receipt was used just a few minutes ago, so one of the men did something to use the Pin, it could not of been me, I had not used my phone since the day before.I am very upset. I have been called a liar when I am not. The MANAGER who promised TO REFUND me will not. I am now out $60 which is a lot on my budget. I still need to get minutes on my phone. And foreigners are disrespecting me in the country I was born in.Please do not frequent this location, or, if you do, TELL THEM WHAT YOU THINK OF WHAT THEY DID TO ME.

Easy to see right off of East Jericho Turnpike servicing Huntington Station and the adjoining areas of Suffolk County. Plenty of parking and a wheelchair accessible entrance. Moderately clean facilities. Reasonably priced. Credit cards accepted. Nice staff. We will most likely be going back.

Its an ok place. Little messy, and the cashier didn’t say a word. At least a hi or thank you would be nice.
