Gonna stop going there, I work till 2am on weekdays, EVERYTIME I stop at store the doors are LOCKED and the employees no where to be found !! Tonite it happened again (according to their hours they're a 24 hour operation) -like usual, I tap on door frame or jiggle the doors. This employee Fazi (or whatever) finally appeared and was all nasty and incomprehensible , indicating with his hands to his mouth that he was eating. Kid was nasty and disrespectful, he could sit be hind counter and eat, so the 6 customers that came and went could have been serviced

The new owner is doing alot for this location! ? I have been coming here for years! If you have a special request for products that r out of stock best believe it will be on the shelf or reserved just for you asap!

The new owner Ray has now officially taken over this 7/11 and there's a world of difference! Even the employees are nicer, polite and helpful!

If I could give a negative star I would! The customer service in this store is absolutely horrible. If I treated customers like they do in this store I wouldn't have a job.

They’re always on the phone! Dirty parking lot! Un friendly staff. No napkins. Most horrible attitude by the employees!

Really Terrible service and the employees like to get into arguments with their customers. Specifically A Hispanic Women Who acts masculine will have a nasty rotten attitude and talks about having intercourse with customers mothers, sisters and girlfriends. This area has also gotten increasingly sketchy to the point where if you leave your car running in the parking lot it will get stolen. It has happen multiple times at this location. At night you would think we'd live in a third world country seeing the kind of sketchballs out in front like they own the block! Pretty Pathetic!

Why does the cashier always ignore you, because he is to busy laughing on his personal cell phone.And still no employee mask wearing, even while near the hot food.

The store is absolutely disgusting stuff all over the floors dirt coffee liquids workers are possibly the most incompetent people I have ever encountered all they do is talk on phones and give attitudes to customers the previous owners and workers were amazing these people shouldn’t be allowed to own a 7-11 I wouldn’t eat something from this store if my life depended on it hope corporate has a field day in this location
