My name is Tyrone and I was a customer at this location. I have been in restaurant management for decades. I understand and believe in customer service. I received exceptional service when getting my Jeep fixed. First and foremost, my previous vehicle was actually too far gone for them to fix. Instead of taking my money they refused to fix it. I don't know a company out there that wouldn't just take my money. Well done! After purchasing a better vehicle, I brought it in for service. They again catered to my needs and gave me great service. Kudos to Courtney and the team for all their efforts. I will definitely bring my vehicle for service there again.

On 3/26 I approached this dealership to see the possibility of having a new car. This place had a discount fair. I liked a truck. They gave me the price when they made the contract. It was totally different from what they showed me. I am Hispanic and I don't speak much English but my daughter speaks the language perfectly. She was with me most of the time when I signed the contract. She was no longer there. I made a mistake of not checking the contract numbers when she got home. I checked again and they were charging me an excessive amount for the car, even 7,000 pesos more than the value of the car. When I arrived again, they thought it was the right thing to do, but when I was angry and frustrated, I started crying because I told them I no longer wanted the car. and they told me that there was no turning back, then the manager came over and I explained to him and that's when he realized that the numbers were not the ones they had given me. In short, I think that seeing that I was Hispanic and not speaking the language much, they could take advantage of me personally. I took it as a scam. Oh, like racism, I think that culture and race don't matter to give you equal attention. I hope they improve and Train your staff better when having Hispanic clients, oh, from a different race, I feel sad and desperate about this place.

I never had a good experience with the previous owners but I went there when I discovered new owners had taken over the dealership as I wanted to upgrade my old Jeep Wrangler for a new one. The new staff was wonderful! I was treated like an old friend and given great info on my possibilities of trading up. I did exactly that and we are loving our new High Altitude 4xE. Thanks to Mark and Mark for taking such good care of us. I have already sent another friend there!

Weeks to get an A/C compressor. Days to get a belt. So my truck was there for almost 3 weeks. Almost $2000 later it was done.For Supercar prices you would think they would have inventory....Hourly prices are stiff. Maybe not worse than other dealers, but still.......
