I went there to ship a couple boxes. One guy was being helped by a worker, and the other worker was cashing out her register over an HOUR before closing. She had her back to me and the other customers that came in behind me. Not a word; hello someone will be right with you, I will help you when I'm done; not a word, just her back to everyone. Eventually the other guy got finished and the other worker helped me out. He got the info and measured the boxes. Not sure why, but he added an inch to each measurement? Also the weight turned out higher than what I weighed it at. But, by this time, there was a line to the front door and I just needed to get out of there. I won't be back again, I will drive further to a different location.

The personnel have always been very accommodating and flexible. They let me know my options and make sure I have the information I need to make an informed decision in shipping. I placed a few orders from Amazon sometimes it arrives late when I have been told by Amazon your packages should arrive in 3 days and it doesn't show up until 6 day.Then on top of that it goes from sure post to usps and takes longer to arrive.As a former customer service representative with a major corporation in NYC. You should be more careful about you tell the potential customers then having an attitude.Remember they keep your business afloat.
