Always pleasant and helpful, when I go in to pick up a package they always go out of their way, they d3liver 1000s of packages a yerlar to us for clients and any issues they help sort.

UPS can’t seem to drive to my house , they leave packages ? by my mailbox ? on the road. I’ve called and complained several times, but there’s been no change. My dogs are inside and my driveway is clear of snow and ice, so what is the problem ?? I’m Not Happy with this service !!

The very worst ups branch I've ever dealt with! The business claims to do deliveries till 9pm , but I got home at 6 to find my MEALS weren't delivered. So I call that business and they tell me ups marked it as a redelivery for tomorrow....? Why when there is still three hours of delivery time for today based on your schedule? Sounds like the driver just wanted to go home. Mean while my dinner for tonight was in that box, so after the long work day I gotta go to the store now. Zero accountability and no explanation from ups according to the business I get my meals from.

Got a delivery of my Meds and they left in at the bottom of my driveway im handicapp and got no way to get down to get it !!!!

UPS driver was supposed to deliver a a shipping label today and take a package. The driver arrived,neve never got out of the truck to knock on our door to give us the shipping label or take the package that was to be shipped. The driver started the truck and left.

UPS has gotten to be very inefficient. Literally takes double the time as any other carrier. I specifically ask for other carriers now when ordering items. This last time I didn't realize my order was being shipped with UPS and is taking 8 days. At that speed I guess it's coming by bicycle and not on a truck. And on top of that they never finish the job anyway. 9 times out 10 my packages are transferred to usps for final delivery.

Ups claims to have delivered my package a week ago, a gift for my nieces graduation party. I was told that the driver would call me yesterday morning...still waiting. No way this can be reprinted and sent in time for her partyups responds to this review by suggesting i chat on their facebook page. Useless. They kept insisting that I needed to contact the shipper. No. The shipper did their job, and shipped the package. I PAID for the shipping. Everyone did their jobs, EXCEPT UPS. You LOST the package, you FIND it!Update: 3rd day in a row customer service said someone will call me from the hudson facility...crickets

Terrible. Having an event this weekend and the driver dropped off a package I need for the event at an address over an hour away. The solution given by UPS was file a claim and wait 5-8 business days for a solution. How hard is it to read an address or even a city on a box?
