Quite possibly worse than no car wash at all. I brought my car through and it came out looking almost as dirty as it went in. I called and left a message. I'll update if I get a satisfactory response.

The exchanger was broken and just took my money away. Their phone number was not in service! See the exchanger light was not lit, meaning (at least to them) not broken.
