Courteous people. Both desk and technicians. Looked over additional items to possibly save you another trip and appointment. Gave me the of now or waiting a little longer. Did suggest by winter. Prices are great. Both trips to Monro were great. I definitely would recommend Monro(Hudson)

Not full service. Had my Kia with a flashing check engine light towed here and without even taking a look at it they told me they couldn’t help me and I should take it somewhere else.

We had a flat out on the road late afternoon on Saturday. Had the space saver spare put on by AAA. We then stopped at Monroe around 4 pm to get the tire fixed or replaced. They kindly took us right in, explained the condition of the tire and replaced it with the appropriate one that they had in stock. They didn't try to see us 2 tires. Service guy Bill was friendly, professional and honest. Would definitely go back there.

Wait was long (2yr old toddler in tow) but professional mechanics. Diagnosed tire puncture—2screws too close together to plug, and worn sidewalk from running low pressure. Able to replace with similar tire.
I did ask them to check remaining tire pressures before I picked up car, which they said they did, but “pressure warning sign “ came on 60 miles later, so I returned; technician had not checked other tires’ pressure, nor ‘restored’ the new pressures into the alert system. But second mechanic did check all 4, and reset the system
