“We needed to purchase a chair for a family member and we do not live in the area. After thorough research and given all the variables (price..delivery, etc) we purchased a recliner from Furniture Plus. Why? Research being done it came down to phone calls to various retailers/stores. Phone calls and speaking to retailers is still very important and from the first call to these folks it was clear they are on their game, professional and like to help!
