Disappointed in how this business treats its customers. Both times that I have visited the store the person working the floor has been extremely rude. First time, yelled at the people in front of us for entering with a drink (there was a lid on it). Got visibly annoyed at us for checking sizes of clothes. When I tried to return an item I bought that did not fit for store credit they wouldn't accept the return because they claimed it was a holiday collection item and final sale. That was never told to us when we bought the item and the sign on the front table says "exchanges for apparel". Will not shop here again. Save your money on their ridiculous mark up prices.

The most unpleasant 10 minutes I've spent in any store quite honestly. Walked in well.....hobbled as I am on crutches, the girl in the store could not be more annoyed to have to put down her phone and open the front door. I put two bones down on the counter and she immediately added my total despite me clearly walking away to continue browsing (this happened a few more times) clearly eager to get us out of the already empty store. When we were actually ready to check out she instructed me to tap my card on the screen (I wasn't close enough to it again because I was on crutches) no bother to assist and tap the card for me and zero sympathy for the crutches part. The girl working there was so rude and unpleasant, she even started to lint roll while we checked out.....news flash you work in a PET store, if you hate pets and people maybe consider a career change. I almost said forget it for the two bones because of how uncomfortable I was in the store. Avoid it.

I have two adorable rescue Satos who are my everything. (Read, I spend lots of money on them.) I also love supporting small businesses. My mom and I stopped into this store on Sunday (9/3/2023) to pick up some new outfits or jackets for the pups. As soon as I reached out to touch a jacket, the man behind the counter chastised me, saying "we are a touch-free store." Whatever the F that means. I'm a 39 year old woman. I don't make a mess, I hadn't even unfolded anything, and, if there were signs indicating this was a "touch-free" store, they weren't visible enough. I'll spend my money in a place where I'm not admonished like a naughty child. PS: the standard (no-pull) gooby harnesses they sell have a 20-dollar mark up there. Caveat emptor.

Stopped in here today and the place was awesome. I love this little boutique pet shop. We always travel with our pup so of course we want to grab him stuff. That's why it was great that we stumbled on the shop. This place has lots of unique pet items. From beds to clothes, to treats. Lots of stuff I haven't seen anywhere else. It's hard for us to get our 55lb pittie clothes that fit but the 3xl was perfect. We also got him an egg toy. Leathery material shaped like an egg.

Very impressive, high quality dog store. Got a great looking jacket for my dog, which was easy to do since they have plenty of sizes. Only complaint is that it’s probably still more expensive than it should be for pets. Staff are very friendly, I would certainly come back. Very satisfied.

While they carry lovely products and excellent toys, I cannot recommend LoveThyBeast because of their return policy. If coats don’t fit your dog (and purchased on sale), they absolutely WILL NOT allow a return. This is unfortunate because it seems their dog coats only fit certain types of breeds. Their customer service is quite lacking as well, sometimes taking almost 10 days to respond. There is an incredible range of dog supply stores (high and low end), and I encourage customers to look elsewhere.

Okay , I’ll keep it short but sweet . My GF and I got a Schnauzer puppy in April and promptly went shopping for him at the Hudson location since she has a retail store in Hudson. We’ve since spent over $1000 + at this location and recently we bought a cool Onsey for our pup and while we were helped by the staff we were also confused about how we’re suppose to use our existing harness with the Onesy. When we asked the staff member they had no clue either. We’re easy going and we tried to find a solution to this so we looked at some harnesses and settled on one that cost $78.00 and subsequently bought it to go over the ones. Once home my GF looked on their site and it was explained there after we got home. Now mind you we never used it and although we took the tags off and left them at the store it was brand new. After some back and forth we decided we’d exchange for one of their dog totes which was $160 . We went there and explained our situation and both the salesperson and I’m assuming the manager took a very defensive attitude with us despite the fact that their policy is no returns without packaging (in this case it was a hang tag) they wouldn’t hear us out and just basically shut us down. Now as a retailer all my life I know that there is always a way to satisfy a customer especially one with a huge purchase history and considering that I posted to my breeders Instagram and Facebook page with their link and a small review I will never shop here or recommend Love Thy beast to anyone again both online and at our shop in Hudson where our puppy works everyday we’re open. What a terrible sense of customer service they have which is very shortsighted . Good luck with that attitude …Love Thy Beast ? More like “Ignore our customer’s satisfaction”J

What an amazing store with a wonderful selection for dogs and cats. She offers one of a kind pieces from collars, leashes, totes and toys. The service is amazing and our pups love to visit. Especially the treat bar!
