Had a lovely stay at the Hudson Whaler in mid-December. The hotel is beautiful and in a great location. We really liked the hotel , but do not go o. A Wednesday !! The town is dead. Very disappointing. We went to rhinebeck last year also on a Wednesday ! It was hopping ! Much smaller town, but everything was OPEN! . Oh well. Next year. Back to rhinebeck or Hudson on a Friday

Stayed one night, Thurs-Fri. Quiet, clean and perfectly located on the main strip. Hotel provides free parking. No complaints, we really enjoyed our short stay!
