4 very entitled pharmacy technicians all looking down and refused to acknowledge that I was standing at the counter to pick up my prescription. I understand that you may not be able to stop what you are doing, however, how about glancing up and say “ I will be with you in minute sir” ? Customer service and people skills are lacking here..

I recently had a very positive experience at the CVS store Fairview Ave. in Hudson New York. The pharmacy on the evening shift was extremely helpful in filling my prescription and the young man at the drive-through window was patient and kind. All in all a great experience at CVS.

Absolutely terrible! I came 1 hour after my prescription was due and it wasn't ready. Everyone was nice except this one woman said it was an hour to wait! This was after another person said it would be ready on 20 minutes. I feel awful and will be sicker tomorrow due to her lack of care for the customers.

This pharmacy has hit rock bottom! CVS has been holding up my diabetes medication refill for many weeks. I've run out of my meds. CVS just comes up with multiple excuses why they can't fill my prescription. Never going back there again.

I always have a very positive experience when visiting this CVS site. The front staff and the pharmacy staff are always willing to respond to questions and are always curtieous.

The Pharmacy at this location is a complete dumpster fire. Prescriptions will be "in progress" for days on end without getting filled so you end up running out, and if you try to call the pharmacy nobody answers or there's a message saying "this pharmacy is temporarily closed". If you go in to talk to a pharmacist directly, you'll usually run into a crowd of other angry customers all looking to speak to the Pharmacist about their own messed up prescriptions. I've been a CVS customer for most of my adult life but this location is making me consider switching to a different chain. 0/10.

This place is a total mess. They cannot stay on top of prescriptions. It’s gotten so bad that they now wait until you go in to pickup the prescription before they even attempt to start filling it. And they’re so backed up, that sometimes they’ll tell you to come back several hours later to pick it up. You can call them to get the process started, but often they won’t answer the phone at all, or you have to wait on hold for 10-15 minutes before somebody picks up. They need to get it together, it’s putting people in a bad spot with medications they rely on.

I’ve been trying to get my script from them for over a week. It says “in progress” on the (useless) app, no one answers the phone or they put you on hold for 25 minutes at which point you get disconnected - happened to me 3x today. It’s a medication I need, just like everyone else. I wish I never had to see another doctor or pharmacist for as long as I live, it’s a nonstop nightmare and source of anxiety and stress.
