Had a great experience purchasing from this family owned operation at a local farmers market. I recently purchased a 1/4 cow and it is very good! Service is excellent and I recommend to anyone looking to support local organic farms.

Met Richard and Cecile for the first time. Very nice couple. Told us about Cowberry Crossing Farm. We had found them online looking for organic grass fed beef. We purchased a half and also purchased two chickens. The meat "looked" very good. The chickens are a little pricey to us. There are better deals in the area. But the chickens were very tasty. We will "not be purchasing" more beef in the future. "Returned 75% of the beef we purchased (tough and not tasty), but only recouped 45% of the cost. Will consider the loss a charitable donation and that's the end of it."
