This place is terrible! the almost new vehicle i had fixed after a accident was so cobbed and messed up still it was unbelievable. You tell the owner that something is wrong he replies with arrogant answers saying this isnt a sports car. I would never get involved with this guy! The owner literally tries to fraud insurance to make u walk away with $ to make you feel good.

I took my car here after I was rear-ended. Initially, the owner seemed no nonsense, blunt, but that's ok. I respect straightforwardness, especially from a body shop. It all started to go downhill when I told him the insurance would be paying for the repair. To make a long story short, the repair itself was completed quickly after the parts were ordered. I was so excited to finally have my car back! We agreed to meet the following day for me to pick up my car. When I arrived to the body shop, no one was there. He was gone, left early, packed up shop! I called him, and he told me he would not release my car until he received payment from the insurance company. "But the payment is in the mail," I say. "Would you like to see the email confirmation?" Needless to say, he did not want to see it, and would not give my car to me until he received the check in the mail 3 days later. The insurance company even offered to email him personally and show him the confirmation which he refused. Oh, and did I mention, that when I arrived to pick up my car (on the day he stood me up), my car was in the parking lot, unlocked? To top it all off, I wasn't even 100% thrilled with the repair... The trunk was still misaligned.Being in an accident is stressful enough. Having your car held for ransom makes it even worse.EDIT: a few months later, and as you can see, the work is shotty. My rear panel is coming apart from the tail light. See photo.
