Walked in on a Saturday morning and drove off with a new truck. What else can I say. This establishment respected my time and personally I value that above anything else. It is greatly appreciated, and thank you for that.
Great service, great local credit union lending partners, and very accommodating to out of state buyers. The team made it an easy transaction and a pleasant experience. As most establishments stumble to process a transaction in one weekday the ladies in the office knocked it out of the park on a Saturday morning. Thank you again!

I'll start by saying that Broadway has a customer for life. As a first time buyer with average credit I didn't have much hope, or trust in dealerships.
After looking around with private sales and given the state of inflation I was at a loss and decided to take a chance as I have heard good things and they are a local business.
From the time I walked in the door and met Kelly I was greeted with nothing but friendliness and a willingness to help. I actually went in looking at some smaller Honda CR-Vs but I saw the 07 Toyota Tundra I ended up walking away with.
From finding a lender to driving my truck off the lot Kelly was absolutely amazing and made the process pretty much seamless, she even put the plates on my truck lol
I should also mention I put nothing down on my truck and all I did was pick it up and drive away. I have no reservations with telling anyone looking for a vehicle to stop here first, but if you see something you like call and setup an appointment asap because their inventory doesn't last.
Thanks again to everyone at Broadway Garage and a huge shoutout to Kelly. You guys have helped me more than you can imagine and I am wholeheartedly grateful and happy to be a customer.

I was in a huge pinch with my truck at the moment and I decided to pull into broadway garage, and I’ve looking at a Lexus they had in their inventory. Within hours and all the problems of being a first time buyer and being young Kelly from broadway really came through and help me out all round with the car. The same day I had the car fully insured and inspected ready to go. I have nothing bad to say about broadway and the only thing I can say is that I would recommend anyone that is looking for a great pre-owned Vehicle, their pricing is great and they actually treat like a human being. I would like to just say thank you to broadway garage and all of their extremely talented staff.

The next 1 star review will be a unhappy coustomer who purchased a car here and did not relize it had problems bc they will lie to make a sale. Of coarse im not in your system i went with a friend to check out the car for her. Just because im not in your system does not mean nothing! I stand by my first statement!

This dealer sells mainly Hondas and Toyotas, presumably bc they are more reliable than most. I traded in another brand for a Honda and couldn’t be more pleased. Kelly took the time to get me into the car I wanted, and then went the extra mile to fix a minor problem with the vehicle. Highly recommended!

Overpriced, sold me a car 4k above its blue book. Tried to return it the next day.. SURPRISE they didnt want it back. I trusted them and was supremely disappointed. Warranty covers nothing, this car has an electrical short which can only signify bigger problems.. Anyone wanna buy a CRV? Selling at a loss now.

In the last few months I purchased a new truck from Broadway Garage. I am extremely happy with my purchase and how the sales team worked with me the entire time to make sure I was able to get the truck I want. I would have to say I am extremely happy with the way Broadway garage backs the cars and trucks they sell. I had a knocking noise I noticed upon purchase and called them. They told me to bring it down the garage and they will take a look. It was a addressed and Broadway garage made sure it was a painless and happy experience to be fixed. I would say definitely check out Broadway Garage if you looking for a quality used car or truck and wanting to be treated fairly.

I don't know what changed, but this place turned into Mohawk Auto Center 2.0 in the last few months. I had a buy here pay here with them, and I've called every time I've needed to be late. This is the first month I did not contact them because life got way to chaotic.(found out GNC is closing my store, my dog passed away, and they know I am currently homeless). They didn't even call me once in 2 weeks, (claim they didn't have my number yet I've been contacted then and been contacted BY THEM ON MY NUMBER THAT IVE HAD FOR 7 MONTHS) and they repoed the car. They now want the full balance (literally only 7 payments and essentially all the interest at this point) all at once. Definitely will take advantage of the desperate, after promising me at purchase they "would never do anything like this because we've heard the stories about Mohawk Auto, and we would never want to do that".
