What a great experience. We were in and out with an inspection. Mechanic got right in the van and gave my pup (who was in the drivers seat) some love, moved her over and drove her with her and my nephew in the front seat. Ha!
Came back so fast and we were on our way.
Woman at the front desk was also quite lovely.

This place is by far the biggest joke on the planet! Takes money that wasn’t for them and KNOWS they deposited the checks (we have the proof) and will not even talk to us now! Way to show what your company really is!

DONT GO HERE! I came here to have my alternator done and opened my hood to see a line Jerry rigged into my Fuze junction box that has been drilled out! And Jeff said he saved me money!!!! White smoke pouring out my tail pipe and my hood latch is broke. He just destroyed my car!

BOYERS CHARGES A SERVICE FEE. maybe this is a common thing where they don't inform you of this or expect to read all the 300 signs and paper hanging. I was under the impression anything extra that wasn't on the price given you have to be informed of prior. If I had known there was a 20 service charge I would of brought cash. But I was never made aware of this and after she gave me my total not including the service charge I just assumed that was the total till I looked at the back of my recept where she stapled it so it wasn't on the front with my other total.....moral of the story: they will mark up a part double keep there labor cost down and put fees on without notifying. 500 to get 1 wheel bearing changed it would of been over 800 for 2.
