Incredibly rude people. Had my child go there to get something done and they refused to do so. When I wanted clarification on why they wouldn't, they refused to even talk to me on the phone. We were not rude in any way, we just wanted to understand. I highly recommend avoiding this establishment.

If I could give zero stars I would. I need to start by saying I am a very kind easy going person. As you can tell by the negative comments on google and her nasty responses she is very unprofessional and rude. This wasn't my first awful experience here. I called to ask about a photo inspection for my insurance and was told to bring my insurance with a scannable barcode which I have a picture of the barcode to scan. Didn't realize I was walking into a s*** hole and apparently they cannot scan a barcode they need it printed it out. I walked into a lady sitting glaring up at me with an attitude asking for my paper. I said I was told to bring a scannable barcode. I asked if I could email it to her. She pointed at an email that I could send it to and said they don't like to do that because it's a hassle. Then said "GO get your miles off your car while I wait this takes forever" as if I was her child. I said I'm going somewhere else, you have a bad attitude and left. She was one of the rudest people I've ever come across in my entire life. After calling multiple places she's is very well known as a nasty awful human. I actually feel bad for her because something is going on for her to be so nasty and known for it. I would never ever ever recommend this place! Spend your money elsewhere. Don't give these awful people any of your money. I'm GLADLY driving farther in my new comfy car I work extremely hard for on my day off.

I went there to have insurance pictures taken. The woman there was very friendly and helpful. She informed me with my car being dirty that the pictures may be rejected and suggested I go to the car wash first. This saved me a possible 4 hour drive to Plattsburgh and back to have have them redone. Greatly appreciated!!

I’ve read a lot of comments about the “lady” at the desk and that’s no lady folks. A lady does not act with such nasty attitude and rudeness. I have came across a lot of awful people but this one tops them. Do yourself a favor and please go anywhere but there.
