If I could give this business 20 stars I would. I was referred to A-1 Auto Body for a rocker repair to my Honda, after a local chain location's repair failed. The work was completed in an extremely timely fashion, and the work was of the highest quality I've ever seen (and I've painted vehicles before). John was extremely communicative though the whole process, and from now on, I'll be bringing all of our vehicles here for repair if needed. I cannot recommend this business enough, and I'm grateful I met John (and Betsy) who took care of me. I truly appreciate the honesty and courtesy they showed me through the whole process. 20 stars!

Before I start this review I want to say that I used this bussiness twice within a year and it was amazing. The work that they do is like magic. The first time was after my car was split down the middle by falling snow and ice, completely smashing the roof in and damaging other parts as well. Called my insurance had my vehicle towed there and in a few weeks I got my car back and it was like I got back a brand new car. The second time I was hit by a highway truck that ran a red light and this, but was still drivable, so I thought. Called the insurance for the truck and brought it to A-1 and immediately when he saw it he said I shouldn't be driving it and advised me to ask for a rental and that he would advocate for me if they gave me trouble. I got my rental and in a few weeks I got my car back and again it was like getting a brand new car back.Services: Body & Trim
