The new carrier Jim is a nice guy that goes above and beyond to get the mail and packages to the residents even in the most harsh conditions. And the self service kiosk had some new steps for getting in and also restricting as I was trying to print a large order and it restricts purchase over $80 so Ben was helpful to come over on his own seeing me frustrated to help me to share that and how to use. “I’ve read all the negative posts about this post office and I have to say I found quite the opposite! The line moved along quickly, and the service offered by the very efficient and pleasant postal worker was very refreshing. She gave me all the information I needed to sending my package in a timely manner. And I heard her talking with other customers the same way. Also there were plenty of mailing supplies which made it easy to find the right size for my items being mailed. I have been to other post offices that are not as helpful or well stocked. I work part time in Middletown and will make sure to use this post office for future mailings.”
