This was my first time to go to the post office to send express delivery. After queuing for about 5 minutes, it was my turn. I was a little nervous because I only knew a few simple words in English, but the staff who received me was very patient and carefully told me to pay attention. First thing, I noticed the sign on his chest said BOB, thank you, I will definitely go there again if necessary.

They could've done better. I scheduled an appointment for my father, who is 66 years old, at 12:15. I took time off from work to accompany him to the appointment and arrived 15 minutes early with all the necessary documentation. Upon arrival, the employee informed me that the individual handling passport appointments was going on their lunch break and advised me to return in 45 minutes. Despite informing them of our scheduled appointment at 12:15, the employee acknowledged my frustration and apologized for the inconvenience and said he couldn't do anything about it. It's is frustrating when online appointments do not align with staff schedules, leading to a waste of valuable time for individuals.

I made an appointment for passport renewal. Took time off of work only to be told “the person who does passports isn’t here today”. No one called or emailed to cancel the appointment. Horrible customer service.

I went to this postoffice right after Christmas for couple of things to send this week. Overall, they are unprofessional except for one person (clerk#24). The guy (clerk #12) who works there has no idea about mail, tracking numbers, etc. I mean these are basic things you need to know to do your job. His ignorance has made me come back and forth. And PLEASE PLEASE someone address this problem. The older Chinese lady who covered badge for her name is RUDE AS HELL. I don't know where she gets that attitude when I haven't done anything, she doesn't even try to listen to me, she raises her voice, she cuts off everything I say and you know what? it was misdirected by the post office. So why do I have to listen to that rude attitude? why do I deserve to be treated like this? This is a workplace, not a home, not a place where you can raise your voice based on your mood, especially to someone who hasn't done anything wrong! Looking at the reviews below, there are many people who have had the same experience as me, so please don't talk to others like this. I can't believe someone with this awful attitude, unmannered and unprofessional was hired in public service.

I actually really like this post office , I went to drop two packages . Please review the cameras . Older Chinese / Asian lady she covered badge for her name. She started getting really mean cause someone else left packages in the window and she called me to come from the line and add mine to the same window . I don’t know why she was mean . I just did as she asked put my packages in the window and wanted my receipt . She needs to retire with that attitude I’m so appalled how rude she was out no where . I feel bad she is such an angry person . If I was rude fine be rude to me also but I was in such a happy mood . Anyways happy holidays to the grinch . Clerk 19 per my receipt .

Brought our 1 year old for a passport Appointment, when we arrived the ‘passport lady just went to lunch and will be 30 mins…’ fast forward to 45 mins waiting with a hungry 1 year old - ‘no passport lady - still at lunch, sorry’

I almost didn’t go to this office for my passport appointment because of the bad reviews, but took a leap of faith based on the few good ones. It was fast, and everyone there was very nice to me.
