My Painless Encounter: My Experience with Phlebotomist Ann.
For half a century, I’ve braced myself for the inevitable discomfort that comes with blood tests. The sharp sting and the anxious anticipation of the needle have been all too familiar. However, my latest experience with a phlebotomist named Ann was remarkable.
Ann’s approach to drawing blood was a blend of art and training. With a gentle touch and a confident smile, she performed the procedure so painlessly and effortlessly that it left me in awe. It was a stark contrast to the numerous times I’ve been “stuck” in both arms and hands before locating a vein, often leaving me with a sense of dread for the next time.
But Ann changed that. Her skillful technique made the process seamless, and for the first time in fifty years, I found myself completely at ease during a blood draw. Professionals like Ann transform routine medical procedures into comfortable and stress-free experiences.

Would definitely recommend Quest for all diagnostic needs. The staff at the Lindenwood location are so pleasant and informative. Everything is so easy from making the appointment online to checking in. I never wait more than 5 minutes after checking in.

The tech that serviced me seemed very inexperienced. He stuck me with the needle 3 times and didn't get my blood. After sticking the needle in my vein he kept moving the needle around under my skin and still couldnt draw blood. It was very painful. I made him stop and asked for another tech. The 2nd person was then able to get my blood with one stick. I left there with a total of 4 needle sticks and a vein that swole up under my skin like a marble and ended up with black and blue bruises all over. Terrible experience.

I must say it's important to have an appt. Instead of a walk.in. I felt everything was dynamic during the afternoon on 4/26. Although they may have been busy and a little behind time, the service was exceptional. Everything was orderly, and the staff was amazingly pleasant. Walk-ins tend to lose patience, but it's not the staff issue.

I don't feel like I should have been waiting for a half hour after my appointment was scheduled before I was seen. Especially since I was there a 1/2 hour early, to make sure I did all the necessary paperwork or checking that was required of me.

the technician was extremely rude. I asked him to send a copy of each test to each doctor (2 different ordering doctors had separate scripts). He said it was too much work and to do it myself. "What do you want from me lady" was his reply. So I asked to speak to a supervisor and she asked if I have the Quest app and I said yes - and she said to do it myself again, why could they not send the results to each doctor? I had a biopsy recently at a different facility and there was no problem. Generally, the staff at the Howard Beach location is very indifferent and rude.

Went here to do blood work. My appointment was 7:30 got there about 720 check in waited less then 5 mins. Angela was so sweet and kind. I will definitely go back to this location.

Friendly staff and overall great experience. Went twice and seen right at the time of my scheduled appointment. It is a must to schedule an appointment because walk-ins are only accommodate if there is nobody waiting with an appointment. Special thanks to the phlebotomists Clyde and Anne for the top notch experience.

Anne F. saw me on time and was very cordial as she performed her job. She shared with me that she usually skips her lunch break to serve as many patients as possible. This is commendable dedication.
