I've never experienced such a branch that has made so many mistakes for a business account. It is very upsetting because of their mistakes I was unable to pay my employees in a timely matter. This breaks my heart because of them, employees of mine had to get their payroll late. It was a simple address fix. The checks they ordered me was the wrong address. Then I expressed their mistake and they told me I have to pay 30 dollars to get it fixed. I HAD TO PAY FOR THEIR MISTAKE. Yvette Richards is a wonderful lady, she was very nice however I really wished that she double checked her work and finished assignments in a timely manner. Kelly (her back up) is extremely sassy, not empathetic at all. I will not come back for any service at this branch again. Again, Yvette Richards is wonderful, I just wish her work was much cleaner. I'm really sorry I had to write this review, but from what I see this branch is known for getting bad reviews. When will consequences be made for their lack of good service?

The quality of customer service depends greatly if the person behind the counter feels lazy or not on any given day.
Some great people who work there but chances are you’ll get somebody who just doesn’t like doing any work.

Camila was the meanest manager at this branch in Howard Beach, I tried to open an account with this bank but Camlia didn't care about the report I got from the Chexsystem and I shown her the letter that I paid in full and she thinks I own other banks money and she said that I had account abuse which is false she keeps declining me to open an account and she denied the chexsystem letter that I paid in full, she doesn't have the rights to do that to a poor customer and I called customer service to make a complaint on the NYCB branch manager named Camlia and she's not really a nice lady at all

Yesterday I went into this bank and had the pleasure to meet Phyllis who was the worst. I was just trying to do a simple thing and she was able to get me to go to chase bank across the street. This was not what I wanted to do but with her attitude I decided that I will close all my accounts at this branch thanks to Phyllis

The tellers by the supermarket are really slow. They could make you wait up to twenty minutes for a simple withdrawal. If you are going through the drive thru they will skip you for someone who walks in. When I was a teller I used to take a line of 10 customers down in only 5 minutes. No customer likes waiting 20 minutes for a simple withdrawal.

It has gotten better over the years. Staff are nicer and friendlier and seem to know what they are doing these days. I don't bank in person that much these days - but this place is pretty decent. Lines are not as long as they used to be - guess everyone else is mostly online too... But I still prefer the little Annex in the Stop and Shop Parking lot across the street. Better hours, waaaaaay easier to park, and sometimes no line at all. I really like the staff at the annex too.
