The worst bank in America is what it should be called...... As usual 1/2 tellers and they are hella slow because the mgmt doesn't care about the customers waiting in the line or they would train this staff to speed it up. Avg. time for a transaction is anywhere from 8-20 plus minutes. Whatever you do don't bank here don't ever come to this branch it in 40 yrs the consistency of poor service is staggering....

This was my first time at this Bank of America. Average sized bank, with only two ATM machines. However, the crowd was not as much as I've seen in other locations. The wait time was not bad. I may consider this location for future banking needs!

Although the staff is nice here the service is too slow. Usually only one teller, two at the most so the line is always long and it is a very busy branch.

The staff is friendly. The only gripe I have is that it smells every time I come in. It also needs renovations. There is parking which is a plus. Also it's annoying when only one staff member is working and there's a long line.

The line in this bank is ridiculous all the time. I went there last Friday to make a deposit there was one teller open. Really?? On a Friday evening when everyone gets paid one teller??

I've been banking here at this location for 14 years. It has gotten progressively worse over the years. The Customer service is pretty bad and it doesn't look like it will be changing any time soon. I think this is the worst branch of any BOA I've ever been to in the country. My big problem is there is ALWAYS a line and ALWAYS a wait and NEVER enough staff. It's rediculas.! I went to Citibank to pay a bill and I could Not Believe the difference! Full team of tellers, someone to greet you at the door, smile and everyone is really pleasant. It bothers me when there are 20 deep in people on line that the person in charge does not fix it in any way shape or form to try to expedite the line. The Great staff that were there for years have All left. Always new people at the teller and it's just been frustrating for at least 5+ years. I hate to say but if this would be your Branch I would open an account elsewhere.

I don't usually interact with bank staff so this review is all of the ATM here. The parking lot here is open 24 hours which is great is you have to stop here off business hours. Convienant location for me. Vestibule here is generally clean and safe. There are two ATM's here.
