WAY TOO HOT! Staff gives an awful excuse of “people want to sweat”. If people want to sweat, let them come with a hoodie. Let the rest of us workout without having to catch a heat stroke. Staff needs to fix their attitude, poor customer service.

This gym feels like a sauna – seriously! No need to enter the actual sauna they have. They really should switch on the air conditioning. Every time I go the fans are off too. I do like the stretching area and the outdoor workout area though.

This used to be a Gold's Gym, and I probably joined about a year or so before it became Limitless fitness. Though it was better when it was Golds in my opinion, there's a lot to like about this gym The good: - The Juice/Smoothie bar. So many options of smoothies, protein drinks, and they're completely transparent about every ingredient. They will also modify the ingredients more to your liking. They're BIG too, so you get your money's worth. - The classes are fantastic. they have them from morning to night, and everything from beginners aerobics, dance-based classes and yoga. They also have a pretty intense spin class. - For the most part the equipment is maintained pretty well. They've gotten a lot of new stuff the past couple years, and have been better about fixing machines that break. - open 24 hours almost every day. - very clean. - The atmosphere lends itself to a good workout, there's something motivating about the gym. It's fun. - There's a physical therapy office inside, - The locker rooms have saunas - The staff is usually friendly and helpful - nice view of the water from the treadmills section The bad: - The parking lot is a NIGHTMARE. Too small to handle the cars for the gym and the CVS downstairs. Plus people wrongly park their cars there to go to Starbucks next door. People create their own spots, essentially parking wherever they feel like, including the sidewalk (yes really) and in the handicapped spots. - It can get very cramped when it's busy - They BLAST the music and often, maybe almost always, they play really offensive things. You're guaranteed to hear the N-Word from the speakers a couple of hundred times if you work out for an hour. You'll also hear every other obscene word you can imagine. It's crazy, especially times (like weekday mornings) when there are many senior citizens there. And they play it so unbearably loud your headphones won't help you unless they're really good noise-canceling ones. Everyone seems to hate it. This has been going on for so long that I remember a few YEARS ago, I saw an older gentleman complain about the music, and when he walked away the girl behind the counter rudely said "what does he want us to play Frank Sinatra?" Sometimes where there are classes going on, you'll have diffierent loud music coming from 3 rooms at the same time, and it just makes you want to leave. I used to ask them to turn it down, but they'd hardly ever do it, so I stopped bothering. - The temperature is unpredictable, I never know how to dress before I go. Often freezing in the winter and too warm in the summer. - - Not the gym's fault AT ALL, but the younger men that go here have no etiquette. Slamming weights (all the time), grunting, hogging machines, yelling at each other from across the room. They really act like they own the place. Some can be super creepy when it comes to hitting on the women, leering, just being pigs. There are some guys there I see regularly that pretty much hit on every young woman there. It's gross. Everyone else is SUPER nice, friendly and normal. The young women are regularly called "honey, darling, sweetie" by the men who still think it's 1955 or something. (95 percent of the guys there probably aren't like this, but there's still too many of them.)

It’s been weeks I’ve been trying to cancel the membership but no help. I just moved out of the area, So I went there to cancel the membership. They said I have to email the manager Justin. I emailed couple times, no response. I called again, they said they’ll call me back to cancel the membership, but I haven’t received any call. This is super annoying.

This place used to be good now it’s trash. Bring an umbrella because if it’s raining outside more than likely it is inside also. Also if you complain the lovely lady at counter says word for word “You don’t have to be here” when you complain about conditions of gym. That’s how they treat customers. This doesn’t begin to start with people that dry there workout clothes on sauna but gym staff allows to happen. I’d say join and your own peril

I must say I love this gym. I came to visit on a 1 week trial, and I was ready to make this my new gym. The staff are the best, they are very helpful and friendly; knowledgeable. Overall, the gym, suana bathroom, and locker rooms are clean. They offer classes. I have only attended the spin class with Claudia. She's full of energy and I really enjoyed her class. There is a great energy in the gym with serious lifters. Gym goers are really into the workout. There's very little distraction like other gyms. Gym goers re-rack their weights for the most part. They also have staff re-rack weights and ensure the gym remains clean and organized.

Been working out at this gym for years now. Best gym I've been too! Friendly staff, awesome smoothie bar and even greater fitness classes. The people that train here go hard and are focused on their workout goals, so its very motivating. They are also open 24 hours which is super convenient with my busy schedule. BIG SHOUT OUT to Coach Jeff... I've been personal training with him for 6 months and im finally at my fitness goal. Happy client and gym member ! Thanks Limitless (:

I have been a member of this gym since April 10th, and while it has some positive aspects, there are several flaws that need to be addressed. The gym's location is convenient, and the overall atmosphere is pleasant and inviting. However, there are a few key areas where the gym falls short.Firstly, parking can be a challenge, especially if you arrive by car. Finding an available parking spot is often difficult, as the gym shares parking with CVS and other nearby stores. On the other hand, public transportation proves to be a better option since the bus conveniently drops you off at the gym.One major concern is the pricing structure. To access the gym, you are required to commit to a one-year contract, which costs $54.99. If you prefer not to be tied down by a contract, the monthly fee is $64.99. Additionally, both options come with an annual fee of $29.00, which further adds to the expenses. The gym's capacity is another issue. Compared to other gyms in the area, it is relatively small, leading to overcrowding during peak hours. This means that it can be challenging to follow your exercise routines, especially when specific machines are occupied by others. Even during weekends, when it's expected to be less crowded, the gym is often near full capacity.Furthermore, the gym lacks proper organization. Equipment and machines are often not in their designated places, making it inconvenient for members. For example, the hooks for the Lat Pull Down and Standing High To Low Cable Flyes machines are frequently missing because they have been taken to other machines. The absence of dedicated staff to address these issues compounds the problem. The level of assistance at the gym is also lacking. Upon arrival, the reception desk is often unattended. Out of ten visits, only once have I been greeted with a friendly "good morning," "good afternoon," or "good night." However, I must mention that there was one staff member, a young lady with green eyes, who consistently exhibited excellent manners and was always polite to everyone. On a positive note, the gym does maintain good cleanliness. There are diligent individuals who constantly ensure that the machines, floor, and overall gym environment are kept tidy. This aspect deserves commendation. In conclusion, while this gym is not a terrible option, there are certainly better alternatives available. Many other facilities offer more space and resources for either a lower cost or a similar price. However, one aspect worth mentioning is the opportunity to enjoy a scenic view of the beach while using the treadmill, which is a unique and enjoyable feature of this gym.Overall, improvements in parking availability, pricing, capacity management, organization, and customer service would greatly enhance the gym's appeal to potential members.

Great gym! Layout is good, machines are modern and clean. Staff is friendly and engaging with the members which sometimes is a huge miss at gyms. I visited this gym on and off for a couple of weeks due to work and on multiple occasions the sauna was not working. On another occasion I wasn’t able to use the sauna because it was being cleaned. This was at 5pm on a Friday afternoon. Management should look into changing the time of this cleaning. I was one of several people disappointed and wondering why you would have this cleaned at such a busy, prominent time of the day. Specially considering the gym is “24 hours”. That was my only concern. I would visit this gym regularly if I could.

This gym would be perfect if it wasn’t like 90 degrees in here. Seriously I understand people want to sweat but the monthly price is way too high for them not to be running the AC. Also they have a turn tile system when entering the gym. They have to scan you in and id say 70% of the time they’re not even looking to see when someone is coming in. I always have to wait like 2 minutes just for someone to let me in, which I really hate.

I switched from ghetto LA fitness to here 5 months ago. Yes, it's more expensive but it's worth it when you consider the cleanliness of Limitless and the availability of equipment. There's also a major difference in the type of people who come here; la fitness was filled with people who wanted to socialize and take pics while here it's clear everyone comes in and out to get their workouts in and are respectful of other's time. It has gotten more packed over time which I'm not thrilled about, but overall I'm able to get my 1.5hr workout in and go. I also appreciate the small touches in the bathroom that make all the difference, such as the mirrors, mouth wash, lotion, Q-tips, hairspray, and etc. Shoutout to the maintenance staff for keeping this gym spick and span.
