We like coming here when we want to have a nice dinner at home. We like the products they sell and come here knowing that it may be pricier than other places. They have a nice nice selection of steaks that not all supermarkets have, same with certain veggies. The issue was when we went to self checkout. There were other people scanning their items but as soon as we started scanning a girl stood right in front of us, which I understand bc it's self checkout but it was to the point where I felt super uncomfortable; when you know you are being watched. I didn't want to jump to conclusions but as soon as I entered my pin she walked away even though there were others still scanning their items and I couldn't help but feel targeted.

I love this place. I don’t live in the neighborhood but I go here because it’s better that any other spots by me. The foods and produce are always fresh. The breads from the bakery is amazing.

The bread and bakery are amazing. I ordered the turkey dinner already made just had to heat it up at home best turkey we all had.

I used to love this store but will never shop here again. The workers are straight out rude. The manager Cynthia is even worse. I was taking 2 extra plastic bags for bread and they ripped them out of my hands. For 2 plastic bags, they lost a good customer. Cynthia should be ashamed of herself.

Terrible customer and extremely expensive. Sam is very rude and doesn't wear gloves. Literally every other employee had gloves on except him. Every time I see him in the deli I don't order cold cuts now.

I tried to return an item and realized I brought the wrong receipt. Instead of being helped at the service desk I was accused of being a thief after I just purchased items from the store. I don't know what thief buys the more expensive items and informs the employees of an item to return. Completely unprofessional will not shop here again .

We picked up a prepared piece of Lasagna, it was suppose to be meat lasagna when I got home, heated it up and cut it to eat it. Realized it was eggplant lasagna. Was disgusted and toss it in the trash but took a photo of it first.went to the store the next day for a credit or a new piece of meat lasagna with the receipt and the photo and was told by the manager on duty there's nothing he can do about it refused to credit or give a new piece

While in queens smoking good za...I stumbled upon this gem....now since the Demise of rag time in Howard Beach there has Been a big void to fill...but by golly Ole me I think I found the fill... A very very big +....is the fresh baked Sesamelia bread .. ? ?..go now.. now..I say..and hit Mr up on i.g.kstarr242 to order the best zaza the east coast has got to offer .

Prices are very high but the most disturbing thing is that the cashiers are trained to still your points from your customer loyalty card. They all have one card on the register and they have the audacity to swipe their card again after your. More disappointing is that they never communicate when you can redeem your benefits. I asked multiple times when they were giving to customers those benefits but they played dumb, even the manager of the store.I have been there for more than 2 years almost every day: I’ll never go back again.

The review base on how impress I was when I went inside this market. This is not my neighborhood, but I used to work around here. Today I just dropped off something at the place nearby and I just wanted to check out if there are some interesting food inside the market. The market is huge and looks great! Verities of fruit and vegetables, daily stuff, meats and seafood, bakery etc. The place looks clean and very settle life customers. This market is really for resident and the surprise was I didn't know there will be such a wonderful and fancy supermarket in the area compared to the place around the neighborhood. Anyway, at the end, before I leave, the manager came up to me and ask if I need some help because he saw I took pictures of daily area. What is supposed to mean? Is he really want to service me or was being nervous of people will put a bad review on the place? This is make me feel like I'm not in New York City, this vibe will only happen when you are in the middle of nowhere, please don't be offended, I just have no Idea why he did that, LOL.

I enjoyed this store a lot more when it was key foods back in 2017, but ever since they have had new owners and overall renovations the store's prices have skyrocketed and you are expected to pay 6 dollars for a bag of chips, and 3+ dollars for a bottle of juice, the only things reasonably priced are maybe the meat, but does not excuse the rest of the store, as the cashiers are also lazy and usually just sit there and go on their phones whenever a customer is not checking out, and when they do they think you are being a burden and they are doing you a BIG service by bagging a couple items.I don't understand how the store could have tripled their prices considering if you go on cross-bay to stop and shop, it's much cheaper and considering it's on cross-bay which is a very expensive commercial area, it makes no sense due to the fact that this store is in a rather residential area and is not supposed to have prices as high as downtown manhattan.The only pros of this store is that they sell good cakes, and have a decent variety of stuff, but even then it doesnt make up for everything that is wrong

They need to get it together with the perishables and ice cream section. Countless times I get home, open my ice cream and it's clear that it's been melted and refrozen. The milk/ yogurt refrigerators' temperature is way too high and the containers are always bloated. Unsafe as hell. They have the nerve to have sky-high prices for this crap.
