Jamie Rose has the best service anywhere. The staff is wonderful, professional, friendly and helpful. The customer has been getting exams and glasses there for close to 15 years and was very satisfied. The whole team was nice, polite and patient, take the time to explain everything clearly and answered all questions. The store was neat, clean and organized, and the office staff was knowledgeable, quick and accommodating. Every visiting was an amazing experience with outstanding customer service. The place always take care of eye need, filled prescription and select the right pair of glasses. Highly recommended for anyone in need of eye care.

Long wait when I had schedules appointment for 1pm and was seen for 15 min at 1:40. Clerk was nice helping me select transitional distance glasses. My insurance paid 700 of $950. Cost of Coach frame glasses.
