PRICES ON SHELF ARE LISTED WRONG
I was at this location on 6/11 at 520/530pm with “manager” “Sheenah”(incase CVS cares and would like to check cameras for accuracy - her name she told me was close to that name, I may have the spelling wrong) I went to purchase a cooler which was listed as 21.99 (there were 3 coolers on the shelf with the ticket on the shelf saying “21.99”. When I went to self check out, it rang up 27.00. I saw a woman who worked there letting her know what there was a discrepancy in price. She said “okay let’s check it together” but this wasn’t before she had to finish ringing up her of a bag of chips while working! So I waited…
When we looked together she said “this says beach bag, that’s a cooler, and coolers must have slipped down the shelf.” I showed her that ok, if thats the case, where’s the tag on the shelf for the cooler (there were no beach bags on the shelf)- if they “slipped down?” There was none! -see picture for reference -The store had the pricing wrong. She removed the tag on the shelf stating 21.99 in the picture before walking away. I asked for her name and she told me the name above. It’s good to know this store manager at this location has no customer service skills. The price was marked WRONG and should have been honored as there were multiple coolers on the shelf directly over where the price was. I advised her that this is poor customer service and I would be writing a review. The “manager” seemed that she could care less. This is also not the first time I’ve seen a discrepancy with the shelf prices and the price at the register. This is why so many stores are going out and people order online….

They never answer the phone at the pharmacy . I call from two phones at the same time even. They’ve been like this for years. I drove all the way from New Jersey to see if my prescription was in after work & the dr office was closed so I couldn’t confirm with them and …It wasn’t there ! I had to drive all the way here for them to tell me that!!!!! The front desk lied said there was a long line 2 min before I arrived ,when I went in it was completely empty not one person in line or sight ! I asked them why they didn’t answer that I was extremely upset and all the lady nicely said was what my name and DOB was. This is RIDICULOUS…. LAZYYYY….. LIARS answer your phones !

I never see this CVS full of people and it's probably because the one on Liberty Ave is better. They take too long to fill a simple prescription. No one wants to do their job on their last 30 mins of work in the Pharmacy section. I wouldn't bother sending any medications to this pharmacy. Go to the one on Liberty Ave.

Becareful buying makeup here, my mother in law witnessed a woman taking makeup out of the packaging and trying it on and putting it back in the package. She complained to multiple employees two which were having a conversation ( which she said to her “we are talking” ) and manager which didn’t seem to concerned. I just wouldn’t buy the makeup there for sanitary reasons.

Haylie, the staff manager, is unbearably harsh and slow. I strongly advise her to start injecting Ozempic for weight loss because this is a very crowded store, and I cannot stand waiting hours for an enormous oompa loompa. She's highly disrespectful and has little empathy for humanity. I was greeted with rudeness, irritability, eye rolling, grumbling, loudness, curses, and so on.A coworker of hers stated that she experienced BPD. She was having a good time with her coworker (Zoe), and despite the fact that there was a long line at the cash register, she disregarded her colleagues when they requested assistance since she was conversing on her personal cell phone. I could hear her voice from the moment I entered the store. She was incoherent, made no effort to interact, and did not appear to have taken a shower in a week. When I asked about rewards, she declined to help or answer any further inquiries. She possessed an unpleasant character. I go there frequently, and this is the second time I've received disgusting service. This position of leadership might demand an extensive evaluation. I recommend that some of these rookie employees undergo practical customer service guidance. Make them understand that body language and looks are essential.

Bad location. Parking lot is very small and very cramped. Store itself is clean, but has very empty, sloppy, uncared for shelves. Boxes of merchandise sitting, ignored, in the center of the floor. Store is very large and I saw only one employee-besides the security guard-on the floor, and she was minding the self checkout area. The area where I spent 15 minutes waiting for the self checkout machine to reset itself after accepting my two $20 bills and not giving me my change. I suggest the people in charge take a walk across the street to Walgreens to see how a Pharmacy should be run.

CVS MINUTE CLINIC: I've visited this medical clinic several times since it opened and every experience has been professional and kind. The nurse practitioners working here are always friendly, thorough and compassionate. The check in system and appointment computer at the front of the office makes it easy to do a walk in and know exactly how long your wait time will be. I was seen within 10 min of my appointment time which is amazing at the peak of cold/flu/covid season. With the pharmacy right there it makes it even easier to pop over for your prescription.

The worst pharmacy to deal with.It sIs very hard to get a transfer from pharmacy to a pharmacy if you can skip, you will save time and money .Customer service very confusing .Avoid it as much as you can.

I was standing at the registers waiting to be helped and no one acknowledged me. There was a woman in black with long dark hair in a braid that glanced at me standing there waiting to be helped. I didn't even realize she worked there until she was talking to another girl in cvs uniform. Do they think people stand on line for the hell of it!?
