The women who works the register in the morning I think her name was Doreen is very helpful. She helped me with a return and refund I purchased from another AutoZone. Pleasure to do business with this autozone. Nice to have employees who greet you with kindness and are helpful.

I came to this AutoZone because it was very convenient for me. I went in there because I needed assistance with something with my battery in regards to tightening a screw when I first walked in. I asked for assistance and associate Man on the heavier side, gave me a tool and told me to fix it to the right tight to the left loose. I tried to fix the issue myself I was unable to. I went back and spoke to a manager. The manager and another employee was like well If you give this gentleman, a second, he’ll be the one to assist you with your needs. the same gentleman who told me to go out there and fix it myself is standing in front of the store pants undone feeling his clothes. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE.

As someone that still respects in person shopping , I deal with a lot of customer service representatives… This place has some of the most helpful, curtious and professional staff I have seen anywhere ( especially lately ) ! Thank you to the staff this morning , thank you Edwin for helping me install my windshield wipers , and thank you to the young lady at the register that took care of us without trying to upsell me to something I didn’t need( maybe Audrey) . I know it’s not easy , but please keep up the great work guys.
