Great neighborhood store. Staff is extremely helpful and polite. When they dont have item they will order it. I find going here alot easy than getting lost in s bigger outlet store.

I shop on the ACE Hardware App, and Cross Bay Hardware consistently has what I want IN-STOCK. It's a fairly long bus ride both ways, but I just sit & read in a fairly comfortable environment. When I have extra time, I love to wander the well-stocked & clean aisles.
