Love this place! My only quibbles, one it can get quite slippery for cars and people. So be careful! The other is that it is just a little too dark in there while trying to vacuum your car. Otherwise, the wash, price, towels and vacuums are on point.

This time of the year they should have someone sprayed bug remover on the front of your car before you go through the wash.The wash alone doesn’t remove the bugs.Not very happy about the experience.Might cancel.

Great indoor place to get your car or truck clean! Rags to wipe down all the places the wash doesn’t reach like inside your doors and strong vacuums included in the wash price.

After just getting this car from carvana and the only car wash we have used was this valet Auto Wash in big flats. We have noticed our car coming out more and more scratched and reported it the first time. They claim that they reviewed their cameras and claims that the scratches was on our car previous when it wasn't. I don't this car wash. And we have had the membership ever since I opened up. I wish we never got it. The manager claimed he emailed my fiance with the results of the claim of their machine scratching our vehicle when he never sent it and never showed us videos. I think it is time to get our lawyer involved!

My husband drove my new 2024 Toyota RAV4 through the carwash this past weekend. During the brushing part of the process, the plastic casing of the passenger side mirror was knocked off. The next car in line ran over it. My husband filled out an incident report. He was then contacted by the local manager who stated quite rudely over several rounds of emails, that there was no way they would do anything about the incident, and there was no possibility of it being their fault. My husband had a similar experience on the phone with a “customer service” representative from the corporate office.
We will never do business with this company again.

It was the WORST $20 car wash I have ever had! Still muddy on the driver side! Wheelwells still muddy all the way around!! Never again!!
