I and my husband recently visited this USPS store and had an excellent experience. The staff, particularly the lady who assisted us, was extremely helpful and friendly. She went out of her way to ensure that all our needs were met and provided outstanding customer service. Thank you for making our visit so pleasant!

Staff seemed to be annoyed that I was filling out a passport application, even though I set up an appointment. The employee I saw wouldn't accept my birth certificate with a stamp as the original. The drive to Elmira's post office is worth it, in my opinion.

The people here are always friendly and helpful to me, whether it's shipping packages or determining mailing options. It's usually the same two people who help me (a lady with dark hair and glasses, a man with a beard and tattoos). They are always professional and prompt. I have no idea why this post office branch has bad reviews. Have lived and mailed packages all over the country, this is a great post office.

Classic stone-faced postal workers snuff the customer off when they have legitimate questions. Don't bother to pay for "priority mail express" when ordering anything. Just more expensive BS.
