Bolt storage is nothing less than top notch! I deal with another local storage facility and it's a huge hassle. Bolt was simple, easy, and beyond helpful! I would recommend them to anyone looking for a top notch, SECURE, and clean storage facility! The online secured payments is a HUGE bonus to me and their customer service team is top notch!

Drove all the way from Connecticut and when I arrived on site I realized the unit I reserved was not big enough for what I needed. I called the number provided and within minutes I was switched to the perfect size unit at no additional cost. Friendly and on point customer service to say the least.

Expect your rates to go up every 6 months, poor pest control, oh and if you’d like you access your personal property you get to gamble with if the gate opens or not. This facility is loosing customers regularly.

Unit is behind a security gate ad highly visible I fee comfortable with my stuff there. Communication is good always get an answer not a machine. Will update when more time passes

Unit is ok except no gutters. Girl answering phone is not in her right p right profession. She should not being working there. Ran card 4 times for me and 3 times with other half. All cancelled. Nothing but argument

When they were U-Store-It they were great i was with them for years. Now that Bolt storage has taken over they keep rising prices every other month, slipping fees in there randomly and customer service is terrible. Transitioning between owners was not a good process. They didnt contact myself or many customers i know stating theres a transition. That everything will be automated

Unit was supposed to include a lock and there was no lock. And it was full of bees. I called and canceled my contract with them immediately upon seeing the unit and demanded a refund. They canceled me right away and it took a few days but they did put my money back on my card
