Thank you Mark and the Terp Enterprises team! Mark worked with me and made the process smooth and simple! I had some last minute changes and was in desperate need of a second bus. Mark worked his magic and got us 2 buses with reliable, safe drivers. They followed our itinerary, got everyone there Oj time and even extended the buses for an additional hour when we decided to extend our reception! Terps helped make our wedding day absolutely perfect! 10/10 recommend!!

I worked with Terp's Enterprises for wedding guest transportation and highly recommend them! Marc was responsive, knowledgeable, and efficient throughout the whole process. My wedding date changed because of the pandemic, and thankfully they were able to accommodate my new date. Drivers were friendly and responsible. Thank you Terp's!

Needed transportation to ELM from one of the airport hotels. Set it up via email - really easy! Paid via credit card upon arrival at ELM. Driver was prompt, professional, and very friendly. Can’t beat the price for local airport transportation. Thank you, Terps!!

Used them to take us from the Corning Hanger at the airport to the Radison Hotel and then from the Radison Hotel to Cornell. What a pleasure to deal with Mark and what a pleasure to deal with people who are on time, pleasand and who get it.

Used this service for a wine tour in August. On an 80 degree day the bus was BLASTING heat for the first two hours. Everyone was sweating and felt miserable. I emailed the owner letting him know of my experience and no response. For this amount of money I was extremely disappointed and will definitely chose another service next time.

The airport is under construction. It's all a mess. Fine. But when YOUR vehicles are clogging up pick up/drop off lane all sitting turned off...with NO driver, it is so rude. SO today, when the airline messes up and our bag doesn't make our connection so we have to spend money on lunch/finding something to do for 3 hrs while we wait for the next fliggt to arrive, your vehicles are in the way-- so I SIT in my car while my 70yr Dad goes in with out the courtesy of the covered sidewalk, to see if our bags have arrived -- I'm there 90 seconds and some guy smoking a cigatette with your logo on his shirt ...taps on mywindow to ask me to move.... it is pouring down rain. ....seriously? No one was trying to park. I wasn't in the way. He tells me the 1st 15 minutes is free in short term parking. SO RUDE.Keep your big vans and mini busses in the bus/taxi lane...NOT the pick up drop off lane where paying customers are expected to load and unload in the pouring rain. I will be sending this to the airport as well. Unacceptable.

Went to NYC on 9/23/17. Very disappointed in the bus. Very old inside. Could not adjust seats, sounded and felt like there were no shocks. Very uncomfortable and cold. There should have been a nice bus for the time you are traveling.
