Bus is very out dated. It was raining and there was a leak. Windows were very cloudy couldn't see much. The driver and hostess were great ?

Used this service twice for transportation to and from the airport. Owner and driver were courteous, van was comfortable, and the price was good. No complaints, would recommend to others and use again.

Excellent!! This company went above and beyond for us when our flight arrived super late in Elmira, NY (12:35ish midnight) was supposed to be 10:50pm. Glenn was there waiting for us!! I almost cried, so happy to see that we weren't stranded...thought for sure they'd be closed. He was friendly and professional and the shuttle van was clean, and he drove nicely. Got me to my hotel within minutes. They had a different driver, I think his name was Ace, pick me up in the morning, he was friendly and professional and right on time too, drove me so I could get my rental car at the airport.Mark was at the front counter to finish my transaction for the shuttle ride. Now there's a stand up guy who cares about running a service based biz with integrity! Friendly, professional and helpful with information about the area. I just couldn't say THANK YOU enough!!TERPS, you are the best and I'll use your service when I come to visit NY again, all the way from Oregon!!! ~Cheryl~

I worked with Terp's Enterprises for wedding guest transportation and highly recommend them! Marc was responsive, knowledgeable, and efficient throughout the whole process. My wedding date changed because of the pandemic, and thankfully they were able to accommodate my new date. Drivers were friendly and responsible. Thank you Terp's!
