We stopped in on our way home from NYC.
My husbands phone lock screen froze we could not hard set it on our own
We walked in and Bree had it fixed in 10 minutes! She really knew her stuff! Thanks Bree for your vast product knowledge and making the rest of our trip back to Buffalo bearable!!!

I switched over to Spectrum after being a life long verizon member, and I'm SO grateful I did! Both times I have been here I have received very good service. I've also noticed both times I've been here there is a ton of walk ins and only myself or one other on the reservation list. I suggest it you plan on coming here to make a reservation. Then you won't have to worry about waiting.
