Service : was polite and somewhat punctual with the process until getting the title came into play. They did not want to believe other states do not have the same process as they do with titles and tried to force us to pay for a replacement on a vehicle we no longer owned.
Inventory : A very large lot with plenty of vehicles to choose from as well as a fleet of other dealerships they can pick from as well if needed.
Pricing: Depending on where they got the vehicle is the type of pricing you will get on it. From there they will price "Okay" or Up price the heck out of it. DO YOUR RESEARCH ALL OVER !!
Overall: I did not do my heavy searching as normal and am now paying almost 2x the vehicles value (shame on me). I know dealerships all over do this and I got had this time around but when it's this bad then people should know (shame on the dealership).
I was skeptical going to a different dealership and for good reason, this mistake will not happen again, especially at this dealership !!

I went in on a whim to see if we could make a deal on a 2024 Nissan Pathfinder SL. Will F. came in on his day off to see what we could do. Mike C. and Mike S. worked with Will and myself to make the deal. Will stayed late with Mike S. making it possible for me to take my new car home that night. I could not be more appreciative. Screw in tire … last min appointment… they were quick with little wait time got it fixed and I was on my way .. very polite and friendly!!
