Every time I take my car to be serviced at Simmons they treat me so kind. I never have a problem getting my car in , they always make sure it's a convenient time for me. I don't have anything bad to say about the service.

Travis Johns did a great job for us overall. He was attentive, friendly, and not overwhelmingly aggressive as a salesperson. He showed us/helped us test drive 3 cars and suggested we view one additional. We felt valued, though due to a bit of a delay on handling our insurance, he did get visibly frustrated....though I'm pretty sure it wasn't at us. We did not need to work with any financing, so I can't offer an opinion of how that part would have gone. The reason for the 3 rating (Travis brought it up to a 3 from likely a 1 or less) was due to our overall Simmons Rockwell experience. We started at Simmons Rockwell Subaru, and the manager there was on top of us before we even got out of the car. Far too aggressive, and just way too much energy. He handed us over to Stephan, who, while friendly, made us feel unimportant and he was not very helpful. We wanted to see 2 specific cars we had seen online, and after he had us walk the Subaru lot saying "they might be here" with no luck, he let us know he did not know which dealership they were at. He told us cars move around dealers as to keep customers satisfied, but then made no effort to satisfy us by helping us locate them. So we went from Subaru across the street to Simmons Rockwell Hyundai, where again we were immediately swarmed by a sales guy who all but chased us across the parking lot. We did not feel we could just walk around unimpeded, so we left there before even having seen all the cars on the lot as it just felt really uncomfortable. There were 2-3 other sales people lingering out there visibly waiting to pounce, and for most of us consumers, that's very off-putting. After that, we went to Nissan, and Travis came out after 3-5 minutes (that felt much more reasonable) and the experience started getting better from there. He had a casual vibe to him, and was very friendly. Much better! Because of the Subaru and Hyundai experiences, S-R is overall at 3 stars due to being associated with them. Guilty by association. But, if you are going to go to Simmons Rockwell, go to Nissan and find Travis!

I live in Louisiana and recently purchased a new 2023 Nissan Z from this dealership and was very satisfied. The manager Roger, along with the finance manager Gavin and Will the salesman went out of their way to make sure I was satisfied and taken care of. The price of the vehicle was fairly priced and they put no pressure on me to purchase other products that I did not need or want. There was a hiccup with shipping the vehicle, but they stepped up and made it happen. I would certainly use this dealership again!Dale Kerr

First time I came here I was pleasant impressed, this time, not so much. I called ahead of time and was told there would be time. I drive 35 minutes one way to get there. I get there and I'm told there is a long wait. Then when I ask how long I'm told there isn't time today. Plus he laughed at me. I left and won't be back. i was led astray as to the actual location of the truck so that i could examine it prior to making any offers etc I had already looked around at the various lots you had, yet did not drive through the service lots where it turned out to have been behind the horseheads nissan dealer i'm told. when i did get to view the truck there was a gentleman wrestling with the front bumper/valance in an effort to repair/replace the grill (i'm told). the lighting was iffy at best when i viewed the truck and at that time i didn't see or notice a crack in the bumper/valance, when i was told it was ready to pickup it was later afternoon and already getting dark. when i got to look at the truck on saturday morning and noticed the crack in the bumper when i went to open the hood and peek under there. you have now repaired the bumper valance and for now it looks ok, i'm told it won't last long by a body shop. I really like the truck and have been looking for just such a vehicle for a while now. About all i can think of thats not on this ride is the Bose sound system that I would have enjoyed greatly. I know its a sales job, but be direct and honest about it... why be deceiving or otherwise,

Called salesman the day before. Told him I would like to take a look at 2 cars on the website. Arrived at the scheduled time we agreed upon. One of the car just left on a test drive. Funning I was there an hour and half. I never saw that car come back. 2nd Car was at another location 4 miles away. Said he would go get it. Came back and car was taken to Hornell Lot. All he wanted to sell me was a more expensive car. Funny how all the lowest price cars on lot seem to be gone when you arrived. It might be false advertising. I drove over 40 min to get there, never test drove any vehicles. Should send them a bill for my time waiting in dealership and gas to get there. Was a total waste of time. Here is some advice to your sale staff. Do your Homework. Know and listen to your customers. You lost a sale from a customer that has bought 4 cars from you in the past.
