“We found ourselves in a rather difficult situation of trying to find and fit a suit for someone who was in the hospital and unable to be fitted in-store.Mary M, the Store Manager, was amazingly helpful. By using some previously purchased clothing for measurement purposes, she helped us find some test items to take to him to try on. She also sent along a tape measure and a measurement card to further get sizing for a shirt. Mary was also kind enough to give us her cell number so we could call her in case we ran into any issues.We were able to obtain everything we needed without an in-store fitting and Mary helped us every step of the way. We don't run into this level of hospitality or personal assistance much any more. We can't thank you enough, Mary.”
